I first used Eclipse parts to build my own computer 15 years ago. Since then I have gone back for various parts and three new computers. They remain great value for money whilst also offering excellent customer service.

Good product and delivered before Christmas and they called me to update me with progress.

Best price on web for Sennheiser GSP 350, free delivery, and arrived within 2 days. Couldn't ask for better service.

We used Eclipse Computers a few times, and I was very happy with them. The guys are very patient and helpful with us (we have some language problems). The prices are good, and if some advice needs they happy to help.

I ordered a new motherboard and told me it would me delivered by the 28th and still hasn't been delivered

Bought pc parts for a build, got some advice of one of their employees, who assured me everything was compatible and they would build it for me, tried to charge me extra AFTER i had placed my order for them to build it for me. I said No that sounds ridiculous I've already ordered, So it came in parts. Well half the parts arrived, I'm still waiting for the other half. I then came to the realization during building that these parts are not compatible. So i sent customer service an email and got back a generic auto reply telling me to send it back but no explanation of how. I did try and contact that same guy who gave me the 'advise' and was completely ignored.

Bought senheiser gaming headset and with Black Friday price and managed to get this at a fantastic price and delivered very swiftly to my home. Thank you Eclipse for excellent service.

Now, I work in retail myself and I know how finding genuinely polite, knowledgeable and respectful staff members can sometimes be few and far between but I've popped in for advice and query about a build I've been struggling on. Got dealt with the same guy twice and if my two cents are worth anything that guy is either been doing this thing for a while, or just cracking at it. Your customer service comes across well enough and if the entirety of your crew are like this I'll be spending my money and time here more often. I'll leave a product review when I received my PC after servicing have very little doubt I'll be disappointed.
