Eco Clean Solutions Reviews

Very poor service they use low quality cleaners. Not suitable for premium properties

Zoe is the kindest person. I chose Zoe because we have pets and she uses eco friendly products. My house needed a good deep clean. It was cleaned within an inch of its life. No judgment whatsoever. She went above and beyond to give me back my house. I will be sorting out a regular schedule with her. Thank you Zoe. Xx

Shocking experience.. do not use.
Did not clean in anyway and I felt threatened to pay.
Very unprofessional and no response from management.

Fantastic service, great results. I requested a quote online one evening, next day I had my quote. They booked a convenient time and did a brilliant job. Couches and dining chairs are like new. Very punctual, zero mess.

Great service. Very professional. Fast and efficient!

The best ! Most important, customer friendly, and amazing services !

Good communication about booking times and arrival. Arrived when they said they would.

Clean was done to a high standard and done quite quickly.

Cleaners were very friendly and professional.
Can recommend this service easily.

Very professional .. couldn't recommend enough carpets back like new house sparkling people so nice and easy to deal with .. they were in and gone before I even got home from work excellent service 10/10

It’s my second time using this company and the house looks amazing! They left no stone unturned even moving beds to clean. And I still can’t quite believe how they got the oven so clean it looks brand new!!

Dont use eco clean

They want your money say that they will clean but dont. Tell that they will give you a guarantee and not clean walls for a bond clean and when i wasnt happy he wouldnt give my bond back!

Had two rugs cleaned today, very fast efficient service, the rugs look so much better - would not hesitate to recommend

I was so delighted with their work last week, that I booked them again, to clean more upholstery. Once again Victor’s work was the ‘Gold Standard’ and my furniture looked like new. Companies like this are a’find’ and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Eco Clean solutions. Made an inquiry to get my garbage bins serviced and within an hour they were able to accommodate my request. Will definitely be using them again

Valentin & Adrian cleaned my fabric sofas & I am very happy with the result. I have 2 big dogs who like their comfort so the lads had a tough enough job. They did an excellent job & are two nice lads.

This is a continuation of the Last Review. I complained to the Office for my Windows they were a disgrace. All smears. The Office Apologised and send they would get the windows done again. Which I did and the two guys they send were very Friendly Nice and did a great Job so I want to Thank them very Much

I had my house cleaned last week by this company
.
I'm very disappointed my floors were washed with a dirty mop as they dried with dirty srteaks. I had to wash them myself when they left.
Nothing was moved on the kitchen work tops but they just wiped around the appliances I had to redo myself.
My husband arranged this for me as a birthday surprise we are very disappointed

Excellent service.
Would highly rate this company.
Irina did a fantastic job.

Appointment made yesterday with Alex Gurney as below for 11am to assess house for new cleaner to start this week.
"Sunday 2nd is fine, what is your address please?
Kind Regards

Eco-Cleans Cleaning Solutions Ltd"
He/she did NOT turn up, so I emailed him 3 times and never had a reply and have not heard from him or her over 24 hours later.
Steer clear of this company.

I had Victor and Nick clean my rug, couch/chairs, and the carpets throughout the house. They did an absolutely superb job! The carpets and couch are like brand new again. They were also very punctual, they came early. They were both very professional in the job they did and also in their mannerism. I highly recommend them! I will be using them again.
