DO NOT ORDER! Second hand products advertised as new and REALLY BAD customer service.
I ordered an air cooler which was advertised as new, some confusion about actual model I ordered but when it arrived it was evident the box has been resealed, the cooler in the box was different from the one on the packaging. When I questioned this I was told the two products were essentially identical. Well, bad luck for them I have both of the products and they certainly are not identical! I was asked to prove I have both and to take pick side by side. How rude?! I sent them pics of both, not side by side but clear pics of both. When I did they changed their story yet again and said their supplier assured them the products are nearly the same and they use same packaging for both!
Wrong product, not in the condition advertised, customer service representative questions customer integrity and when evidence supplied their stance changed every time. NEVER will I ever order from them again!

I am very sorry for this, I fully accept that this is not an acceptable level of service. I can see that there has been some confusion with the product you ordered and I can only apologise for this, as we should have been aware of this but unfortunately we were misled by our suppliers. As I am sure you can understand, we had an extreme level of orders at this time, with order volumes raising by up to 1000% all of last week, and regrettably this lead to a very temporary drop in the service we can usually offer.
This particular product is one we have started selling this year and we are not happy with the feedback we are getting, so are currently reviewing if we will sell it again as we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and the product and our service have let us down on this occasion. For that, I am very sorry.
I can assure you that our normal level of service is extremely good and reliable, and I hope that one day you will give us a chance to demonstrate this to you.
