Customer service was zero help

Customer service was zero help. Telling me to create a new account, rather than reactivate my old account from 3 months ago. FAQ says reactivating accounts can be done. I believe that they would rather new accounts be opened.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I got banned from accessing Epoch's website after i found out i got charged 3 times without realized it. I approached their customer service support and somehow got Ip-blocked from their site!

Now i have to cancel my card and get a new one in order to avoid them charging me in the future. This is a fraudulent site and i recommend you to avoid it at all costs!

The worst experience ever.
I was billed more than needed. Contacted their support (extremely unprofessional), they simple told me to speak to my bank and wish me a good day!!! It is 2018, how does such a company even exists??

TERRIBLE experience.

TERRIBLE experience.
Do not trust EPOCH.
I was charged more than once, and also cancelled a charge, but still had money taken out of my account. Customer service reps are pretty rude as well. Learn from my mistakes. I am very upset.

No adequate service.

This payment processor has so much potential it's a shame customer service is totally failing.It's an easy to use system and if everything works it works fine.
My one bad experience however is that by using the dutch website that tells you you can retrieve info on your account is translated by Epoch to "we cancel your subscription".Eh no i simply asked for info.Then you contact customer service and they responded quite quick and they tell you they'll solve it.But they don't,but you don't know that untill you can't log-in anymore.
So they need to change the Dutch website that "aankoopinformatie" actually means "cancel my subscription".Without any second thoughts.
Will i use Epoch again i certainly would,but i won't use the dutch website again.Next time i directly contact support and keep asking for confirmations.

Took out free trial, cancelled told I wouldn't be charged again

Yet I was, they tried to bill me for another month. They wouldn't tell Click&Buy (the merchant I used) and so I ended up having to fork out the price of two extra months just to cancel (their support ignored my emails when I asked what was going on). Avoid if you wanted to have a go at a trial like me.

Not given refund..tie-up with fake website

I complaint to them about a website portal & ask for full refund as well as about cancellation next subscription.
But they only replied with cancellation email.
Not replied for mail subject or Not answered about refund.
