Luke warm showers & machines not fixed
Oh dear! I've asked several times about the follow and even emailed feedback and still no response! I have reported the following:
Showers not hot (only luke warm) very unpleasant not hygienic.
No hot water in taps in sinks again unhygienic
No signal on one of the only 2 cross trainers
Wonky bar on leg/knee bend which means incorrect posture so ineffective gor balanced exercise
These have all been ongoing since I joined in February.
Now there are 3 treadmills out of order which have been unusable for 2 weeks. I was told they would be fixed last week, but this has not been the case.
I spoke to main reception about these things last week and explained I had not received reply to my feedback on the app sent 2 weeks ago and was promised a response from a manager which has not been received. Very disappointing and clearly Gym Management not interested

Cannot fix a light
Recently taken over the Woking Leisure Centre but cannot fix the lights in a squash court for at least 6 weeks, despite numerous requests.
Hardly a good start, despite spending a fortune on the gym.
Great beautiful Porcester Spa. Highly recommend!
A visit to Porchester Spa feels slightly surreal at first, but it quickly reveals itself as a genuinely restorative place to unwind. There’s an excellent range of heated spaces to choose from: a large sauna, a large steam room, a smaller steam room and three generously sized hot rooms, plus a bracing cold plunge pool. Wonderful art deco space. A near-lost treasure of London.
I loved the heritage elements to the place- original elements/signs, fixtures and fittings. And the authentic glazed tiles.
Steam room system works exceptionally well, and the steam smells v v clean. Sauna is good and hot. The three hot rooms: caldariun, laconium, and tepidarium all very relaxing spaces.
The spa is men-only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays — I visited last Saturday again. While the building retains many of its original features and shows its old heritage in places, it remains full of character. The showers are lock-free (complete with polite “please knock” signs), and there’s often a chatty group occupying the smaller steam room. Crucially, the spa is well staffed, calm and geared towards complete relaxation. Clothing is optional, and the focus is firmly on rest and wellbeing. Friendly atmosphere, men of all ages and backgrounds around. All in all, it’s a distinctive and deeply relaxing experience — and one I’d happily recommend.

I enquired on line and I received a fast reply. I didn’t make an appointment but was welcomed to have a look around the gym and studios with Hannah.
Hannah was very professional and friendly. Made me feel very welcome.

Reception staff need a lesson in how to speak to people and how they treat the public. If you hate your job that much then go and find something else. You approach the reception with a really basic question and they speak to you like crap. It’s always a vibe of ‘well what do you want me to do about it’. Vile

I've been going to the Rugeley leisure centre for many years. I use the gym and swimming pool 5 or 6 times a week. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent value. A great place to keep fit.
WHAT A SHAMBLES!
This company has taken over the running of my local council owned gym and pools complex. I have a disabled daughter and have been attending along with her since last October. The previous provider inducted us both, saw our paperwork and all was going well, until 1st April. The take over can only be best described as shambolic! The day of the takeover I was told that while it was okay for my daughter to enter the gym I couldn't go in as her carer without an induction and I also needed to once again show proof that she was in receipt of her disability benefits. Having argued both of these points I was finally allowed to accompany her as her carer, had I not been able to enter with her then she would not have been able to go in due to her disability, without me to care for her!
The next visit, with proof of benefits in hand we visited and were told we had been found on the system and could go to the gym, no mention of needing to have me inducted. When we came out we spoke to the company representative who set both of us up with the new gym app registering us on his laptop, said in future we just needed to swipe the bar code and go.
Today, we again arrived with our apps open, swiped the bar code, computer said NO! To cut a long story short, neither the receptionist or her assistant, from another gym could help! We were told in future we have to book our attendance in advance! Then they changed that as I showed them that on my app that was only possible for PAYG!
As I stated at the outset SHAMBOLIC, not the way to gain good reviews, nor keep customers- sort out your app and train ALL your personnel in the system and also inform your clients on how to use it!
I can't name the location as you haven't even got it listed it is Aldershot Pools!
Cold water / unfriendly swimming teacher
Water has been cold 3 times in march not acceptable Also 1 member of the swimming staff upset my granddaughter so badly she doesn’t want to go back
Not allowed to write to Everyone Active!
I’ve had a stroke and was referred by my doctor. I don’t walk well and coming to the pool is difficult.
I have diabetes and woke one Friday to find I was suffering a very upset tummy. I immediately cancelled my aqua fit session.
I could no longer book, it just said error. I rang and was told nothing they could do I had to come in and pay a fine,,,no other option.
I finally found a session that had space on the day, paid my fine and asked to have an email to head office, I was eventually told Luke was the manager, no I couldn’t have his email address as it was personal, I asked if he had a work email and was told that I wasn’t allowed to have it…. I wanted to make a few suggestions that would make life easier for we disabled folk
Worst customer service ever!

Recently joined. Impressed
Recently joined and have been impressed by the staff and the whole environment of the Leisure Centre.
The gym area is well maintained and equipment was available when I wanted it.
The pools are lovely. I was initially bothered by the suggestion that I would need to book swimming, but this is not always necessary. The pools and surrounding area are also clean and tidy. Plenty of changing rooms available in the pool area (and lockers in the dry changing area).
I’m glad I switched from my previous gym.

I recently joined and wanted to share…
I recently joined and wanted to share an honest review of my experience so far.
On Sunday, I had a great experience—Kieran was amazing. He was welcoming, supportive, and made everything feel easy and positive.
Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. My functional session was moved, and when I came in, there was no one available to show me how to use the machines. As a new member, that’s really not acceptable.
The most disappointing part was the reception experience. The staff member was unhelpful, distracted (more interested in commenting on my bracelets), and made me feel very uncomfortable. I left feeling upset and, honestly, it came across as discriminatory. What made it worse was that instead of trying to resolve things, she was quick to tell me how to cancel my membership.
At this point, I am genuinely considering cancelling, which is such a shame given how positive the start was.
Consistency, professionalism, and basic respect for members really matter—I hope this is taken seriously.
