Never received my order & horrible customer service

Their business practices border on scamming people. Placed an order with them on 11/24 and still haven't received the sunglasses I ordered. Sent them emails and don't reply to them. Filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Take your business elsewhere and do not deal with them.

I am very happy with the glasses

I am very happy with the glasses I received - the style is just what I wanted. The only drawback was that they took about 2 weeks to arrive. But since it’s the year of COVID as well as being the holiday season, I’m not going to complain too much!

Text only customer service multiplies the steps and time to place an order and confirm accuracy of the order, which I have experienced elsewhere and can't recommend. Thank you for your help with my order. I love my glasses.

Lost Glasses, no abilty to contact customer service

Where do I begin. It appears that the company lost my glasses, which I do not have the prescription for, as I needed them to read it from the glasses in order to make new ones. But then when calling the company to find out where they got lost, you cant get through to anyone. First just goes to voicemail, if your lucky otherwise just get a busy signal. They have totally screwed me as I have no way to replace those glasses or that prescription. My recommendation is DO NOT under any circumstances do business with this company

Exactly what I ordered.

Exactly what I ordered. As a first time online eyeglasses buyer I just kept hoping it would be a positive experience and it was. I will now file with my insurance and see if they pay me back. That’s the only downside is not being able to directly use my insurance. Otherwise a very nice experience.

I ordered…prescription glasses

I ordered sunglasses/tom-ford-ft0613-f-dark-havana-gradient-bordeaux, with clear prescription lens. I admit I ordered then read reviews, was nervous about legitimately of the company. I called, only recorded message, after I sent a email, I did receive a response via email, my glasses frame were on back order for one full month, I was offered same frame a different color. I was able to wait, and glad I did! I’am very happy with my glasses, the prescription is perfect! Having patience, was so worth the wait!

Ordered Dior shades in august & never…

Ordered Dior shades in august & never received them. I’ve tried calling & emailing and no one picks up or responds. I have left voicemails & tried everything I can. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE !!! Taking legal action.

Poor Customer Service

I received my glasses approximately one week ago. I immediately realized that I forgot to add the anti-reflective coating option to the lenses when making my purchase. I have since left two voice messages and an email inquiring whether I could add the anti-reflective coating now, but have not received any reply. The glasses are otherwise fine, and it was my oversight not to add the anti-reflective coating, but customer service is very much lacking.

Wish the lenses had been as good as the frames.

The frames were perfect. Good prices for everything, and they offered Trivex lined-bifocals, unavailable locally. BUT the lenses took two tries to get them right. The first attempt had four errors in the prescription. The second attempt will do, but took a month for the return shipping, remake, and shipping back. Ugh!

Never received order emailed about the order and no response !!

Good products, less than good service due to website issues.

The Dolomiti eyeglass frames I bought from eyeglasses.com are excellent quality in the style I wanted. I even bought a second pair for backup. The website is ponderous and prone to error. Also one cannot opt out of select emails so I have had to block them en masse.

They sent me the wrong glasses

They sent me the wrong glasses. I have been trying to reach Eyeglasses.com since last Wednesday, leaving multiple voicemails. Their phone message says that they are not able to answer customer service calls right now. What kind of service is this?? I want to wear my new glasses!
