Was worried by the one star reviews, but trainers and purse arrived after 3 days and I was pleasantly surprised I initially thought after reading the reviews I had been had, but not so, everything was fine, so very happy

My order didn't work out for me but…

My order didn't work out for me but customer service was friendly and efficient, order came the next day and I was refunded the day after they received the item. Very pleased with how it all went, prompt refunds are really important and not every company manages it, so I am impressed!

We ordered a prada bag for a second…

We ordered a prada bag for a second time in this shop, first time all went well, because we don't live in Germany we use the SHOP AND SHIP account with ARAMEX courier where it gives you addresses around the world to shop from sites who do not ship to your country. First order went well and received it through SHOP AND SHIP account to our country, then second order they refused to deliver it to my shop and ship account address giving the excuse that becuase it was a high value item and I was not there to receive it, of course I will not be there it's a shop and ship account!
Bag was returned to them without even informing us and we ASK to order it again to a different address, they said we will let you know once it will be avialable and after a week of continous emails, they told me "WE ARE SORRY THE BAG IS OUT OF STOCK" but in fact it was never been available online again, it was disappeared by magic then. I am sorry but I don't believe these lies, we said to them that we want to re-order and they were lying to us that it was sold, how it was sold without being available on the website?
UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN, WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER, SOME OF THE STAFF VERY RUDE ALSO.

We would like to inform you that if the delivery address and billing address differ, it is important that you can receive the package personally. The billing address should always correspond to your private address.

Therefore an order can not be delivered to a post office or similar.

We understand your disappointment but there is no possibility to reserve an item. If an item is sold out it is not shown online.

I mistakenly paid in 345euro instead of 86 euros you guys refused to return my money to me . That money was supposed to be for my rent for the month. That was tòo harsh.
