I'm looking for bluetooth system with Schuberth for a long time. Now with a good discount price I've got my best X'mas gift.
Customer services were really poor
Customer services were really poor. I was going to buy a 900EUR leather jacket here online you can bet I need to enquire some infomation about the jacket before buying it. No response, simply nothing. Judging by some recent reviews here and what I have been experienced, I think I will spend my money somewhere else.

No responden a correos ni a twitter ni a nada. En total, un robo de 30€
Mi siguiente paso si no atienden a esta opinión será una denuncia.
I bought a pinlock for my helmet more than two weeks ago. No info about where is mi pinlock
They don't respond to emails or twitter or anything. In total, a steal of € 30
My next step if they don't attend to this opinion will be a complaint.

Ordered a helmet a week ago which said ships in 3 to 5 days. I have contacted twice by email in the last 3 days and still no reply. Poorly managed website. If ye respond to every email how have you missed my last 3? Busy? For 5 days? Order number 7011902 names is james moriarty that should help with your insufficient details you required? Still no contact from them???

3 weeks and my order is still not shipped

It has been 3 weeks since I ordered a helmet , it has not been shipped yet and every week I send a mail asking for the update and every time I am told the helmet will be shipped Asap . They are still selling the same helmet on their website and claiming a shipping time of 2-3 days. I believe this website is a scam or is the worst managed company I have come across .
