Do not use customer service poor.......
Hi there a ordered items off their web site as a Christmas present (for my wife who wasn't best pleased) but didn't arrive as it wasn't in stock. They didn't notify myself with either email or a phone call, I had to chase it up. I found out that some of the products were out of stock. It's taken them 3 days to respond and give me a refund. Do not use this company as their are a lot better company's out there who sell similar items.

Fantastic service
Received a fast, efficient and very pleasant service. They helped me out of a jam when another site (Boardwalk) left me without a couple of presents. They were kind, curteous and I received my order exactly as promised. Why can't everyone do the same? I definitely recommend them.

Poor service, very dissapointed
Ordered a newspaper front page of the day of my parents 50th wedding anniversary for a surprise party. It came with the wrong date on, spoke to someone who advised they would send another. The party came and went with no sign of it. Phoned again and the person I spoke to knew nothing about it and I had to send photos of the wrong dated product again. Still waiting for a refund. No communication from them. Poor service, steer clear

Basically robbed

I ordered a beautiful personalised tree bauble for my daughters new home. Unfortunately, the etching on the first ball was really very faint. I was sent a replacement and this one wasn't much better. Fantastic customer service and I received a full refund. Such a shame their supplier didn't check their machines were working correctly!

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I placed an order on 8th December 2017, contacted Find Me a Gift on 22nd Dec as it appeared to have been lost in transit with Hermes. Now 2nd Jan, no item received, still no reply from Find Me a Gift and having to chase again. It's inevitable items will occasionally be lost in transit, but the lack of response to the issue shows poor customer care from this company.
