A really good experience dealing with Tim from Flame.

I have known Tim for several years and his knowledge within the waste sector is second to none. Whether its waste management or waste equipment it's refreshing to deal with someone who really knows their stuff.

Dealing with Tim and Flame has been really professional and efficient, and we would highly recommend Flame to any businesses out there looking for waste management solutions.

It is clear to see that Tim and Flame are customer service driven wanting the best for the customer at all times.

Fantastic service, great communication. Everything was completed on time and to a high standard. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service.

We contacted Flame UK for a reconditioned plastic waste baler and Tim came to site so see our operation and offered us a fully reconditioned machine at a good price, The baler was then delivered and the team from Flame came and did a professional install and gave us the required training and validation for a small number of people to safely operate the machine. Would certainly recommend Flame UK and use again if required.

We’ve been working with Flame as our waste broker for several years now, and the team have consistently been supportive, responsive and forward-thinking when it comes to managing our waste arrangements.

In particular, Jake and Will from the Key Accounts team do a fantastic job of supporting our day-to-day business needs across multiple locations, while also arranging unusual and ad hoc waste collections when required.

The team are also proactive in monitoring container weights and have helped us improve collection efficiency, which is making a noticeable difference at those locations.

Overall, we’ve been very happy with the service and support from Flame and would happily recommend their team.

This company is awesome. From the very first time I spoke to them it has been so easy to get collections set up, any adjustments made, there is alway someone immediately available to chat to. 100% recommend them.

I cannot overstate how helpful Flame have been. With utilities, they provide a range of quotes, they help handle complaints and issues with utility providers, and they regularly update you regarding the energy market so you know when it is best to arrange new contracts.

Additionally, their response time to emails or phone calls is very fast. They do not like to leave their clients waiting.

Furthermore, every member of the Flame team I have interacted with have been incredibly helpful. I have dealt with a number of issues, and every member of the Flame team have handled every issue with a professional, efficient and friendly manner.

They also offer help with a large range of services and have helped with waste collections, both regular and one-off as well as utilities.

Honestly, if you manage a range of properties, Flame are worth their weight in gold.

We hired a skip from Flame UK for an event we were running, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

They arrived exactly when they said they would, delivered the skip as instructed, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. From our initial enquiry through to delivery and beyond, the service was professional, reliable, and efficient.
