The Flat Pack Construction Company

A brilliant service - from initial quote to organising a date, really polite and responsive. Built a difficult desk/unit for me that I would never have been able to do. Thank you, will be using you again.

Fast , prompt and helpful advise thank you Kane

We recently had our old built-in wardrobes replaced and honestly couldn’t be happier with the result.

The original wardrobes were completely unfit for purpose. We looked at other fitted options, but they were significantly more expensive (even including fitting) and didn’t offer the level of customisation you get with IKEA Pax. We kept seeing IKEA “hack” transformations online, but it just wasn’t something we could realistically achieve ourselves to a high standard.

After some research, we found a company that essentially does the IKEA Pax hack for you to a really high standard. They removed the old wardrobes, installed the new ones, and achieved a really clean, flush finish. They even sanded down and adjusted the existing architrave to make everything sit perfectly, which made such a difference.

Jason, our fitter, went above and beyond. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain fitting options specific to our setup, which really improved the overall finish. He worked incredibly efficiently and completed everything start to finish in a single day, which was seriously impressive. He also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, which we really appreciated.

We would absolutely recommend this service to anyone wanting customisable fitted wardrobes at a fraction of the price of traditional fitted companies. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Created us beautiful bespoke fitted wardrobes at such a great price.

Jason was brilliant and listened and understood our vision. Clean and efficient!

I can’t recommend this company enough. From first contacting them they were speedy and efficient. The job itself was done to perfection - never had such a tidy worker. Will definitely use them again should a need arise

Very quick reply after first enquiry & prompt quote and information. Jason the fitter arrived on time and was very efficient , tidy and polite carrying out the installation of IKEA wardrobes perfectly. We are very pleased with the whole process and would definately recommend this company and Jason.

Omg... Life made simple by employing the Flat Pack man!! Harry was a wizard and swiftly, calmly, neatly built a huge run of wardrobes in a day with time to spare. Such a nice helpful person too.

Friendly, fast, efficient and very reasonable.

Great job done by Jason, kitted out 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, Chest of drawers, bed side lockers and beds! Worked like a trooper all day! Would recommend to anyone! Takes the pressure off moving in to a new house!

Very good customer service from the beginning to the completion. Daniel did a great job assembling my two wardrobes. He was very friendly and professional.

A very professional service from start to finish, in terms of the communications, proactivesness, courteous and friendly assembler for my ottoman storage bed, as well as being competitively priced.

Thanks for a speedy and great install of our bunk beds. Great communication prior to install. Very pleased and kids so excited to see their new bed!

An excellent service from start to finish. Kane responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and made sure he had all the info needed for the quote. Jason, who did the work, was fantastic and very experienced. Where the product I bought fell short, he made adjustments here and there to ensure a sturdy build and a good look. I highly recommend The Flat Pack Construction Company!

This was my first time using the Flatpack Construction Company and I'm so glad I did - they were absolutely brilliant every step of the way! I had tried contacting a number of companies before them but none answered or got back to me. Kane contacted me on WhatsApp minutes after I tried phoning and got all the information he needed, then offered me an incredibly reasonable price. He was even able to squeeze me in the next day as I needed the work done fast!
On the day, Daniel W turned up and was very personable and professional. In the space of about 6 hours he had assembled a large shelving unit, 2 large IKEA PAX wardrobes and also hung up two mirrors, neatly flattening and packing down all the cardboard boxes and tidying up as he went along. I offered to help him carry things to different rooms as some of the boxes were really heavy but he had it all under control and no job was too big.
I'll definitely be using this company again, can't recommend them enough. Thanks again Kane and Daniel!

Excellent service from booking to job completion. Would highly recommend.

This company were the first to respond to my enquiry, and matched this by offering a very early date to complete the work. On the day, their rep Daniel was polite and professional. I will be using these guys again and would highly recommend them.

My second hiring of this company and once again they did a great job and at a reasonable price. Saul arrived promptly and soon had 3 wardrobes and a dining table assembled across the morning, with everything left tidy. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Super impressed with this company. Very prompt service from first contacting for quote to booking a date for the build. Messages were really clear & questions answered straight away. Our cabinet looks amazing.
Thank you Kevin Bridge for putting it together (we’d still be working out the instructions!) & thank you Kane for great customer service.
Definitely recommend using 👍

Courteous, efficient and tidy. Great service- I wanted to bring the job forward by a day and the team sorted it out for me. Definitely use again.

I saw them on facebook and messaged to get a quote to which they replied asking for photos and dimensions. After I sent all that through email there was a whatsapp message and I replied with all the photos to that as well. I sent a tentative design and clearly mentioned that it can be altered depending on the budget as their email said they are experts in joinery and can definitely can work around that. Obviously you expect ikea hack to be less expensive than bespoke and that’s what I meant. I did not give a cost I am looking at! After sending all that they replied saying that he can’t offer a quote as they don’t have availability. When I asked for a ballpark value they say contact us when you have a realistic budget and it will be well over 500£! Who talked about 500£ for the project? I think just assembling something would cost more than this! I cannot understand how insulting they can be? Why did you ask about all details if you do not have availability? Who are you to decide when I say budget friendly I am thinking of 500£. The most insulting response I have ever seen from a company when providing quotes.
I will not definitely go with you but you better learn to respond to customers with dignity and respect! You should not be requesting details if you cannot provide a quote!
