Service was excellent, Paul arranged to have car taxed due to an issue with the V5 and there was a delay in picking car up due to a parts issue but was sorted asap. Valeting was excellent, now up to me to keep up to their standards.
Second car bought from FOW would highly recommend them.

On choosing the car for me last weekend…
On choosing the car for me last weekend I had no issues with the sales team at the time of purchase.Only to be told on late Thursday afternoon that they had issues with the vehicles paper work with DVLA which could take weeks to resolve.
I will not be returning to FordsOf Winsford after been a regular customer.

A very pleasant experience.Stress free…
A very pleasant experience.Stress free and enjoyable .Sale was straight forward .Any improvements would be in the collection of the new automatic car . I wasn’t given any instructions or shown where anything was on the car .Just expected to drive it off the car park with no petrol back on a long journey home .For an nervous lady driver it wasn’t the best hand over .

The service when deciding to purchase a car which was in Trafford was great ! However, upon picking up the car the fuel level was completely low and also when getting the car home realised that there was no drivers car mat.

I reserved a car to look at and when we…
I reserved a car to look at and when we arrived it was 'lost'. Never did find it and were eventually told it had been sent back as something was wrong with it. Would have been good to know before we made an 80 mile round trip!
Luckily found another whilst there and can't complain about customer service. Very smooth

Great service and a great car
Great service and a great car. I bought a seat Ibiza cupra off Sam and it is in perfect condition. I only got it 2 days ago but no problems whatsoever so far.
I had a three hour drive to pick up the car and everything was ready to go when I got there due to good communication through the week. I was there less than an hour and I was driving away in my new car.
Would highly recommend.

Great serviice from a Click and Collect deal.
Click and collect worked really well for me, the great thing when I went to collect the car with the help of Cameron, paperwork, part ex and road tax all done and I was driving away in my new car within an hour. Well done FOW and thanks.
