Great experience with Funktion events
We did Funktion Events' Urban Treasure Hunt for a company celebration party, and it was great. The activity itself was fun, creative and unique. Melissa, our event facilitator, was so enthusiastic and entertaining during our briefing and round-up, thanks Melissa! We also had great communication with Izzie in the booking and lead-up to the event. She was really quick and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Funktion Events!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of compassion and understanding shown by Funktion Leisure.
We had booked an event that we were unfortunately unable to attend due to the heartbreaking death of a parent. This was an incredibly difficult and upsetting time for our family, and the last thing we expected was to be met with such a lack of understanding and empathy.
Despite explaining our circumstances, the response we received was extremely disappointing. You would expect a company dealing with events and customers to show at least a little compassion when someone is going through such a devastating loss.
Instead, we were left feeling completely let down and treated as though our circumstances didn’t matter.
I would not recommend Funktion Leisure to anyone based on our experience. Customer service should be about more than just taking people's money—it should also be about treating customers with respect, understanding and humanity, especially when they are dealing with something as tragic as losing a parent.
Absolutely appalling experience. Do not book with this company

Line Dancing class this weekend…
I was at a hen weekend this weekend where Kirsten came for an afternoon to teach us a line dance. We were mixed ages from 18 to 72. Everyone had an amazing experience. So much fun, clear instructions and Kirstens humour. Would highly recommend
