Fraudulent Company
Like all the other reviews posted, I also completed offers on Fyber offer wall to get rewards and company simply sends out automated response and does nothing from customer service standpoint to remedy issue in any way. If you see Fyber offers, don't waste your time. I'm surprised there hasn't been a class action suit at this point. Fraudulent company.
If I could give zero stars I would.
If I could give zero stars I would.
If it's not already obvious from all the negative reviews, this company does not live up to its promises.
Absolutely no response from them after completing one of their offers and filing a report of no rewards given.
Terrible company, terrible customer service, a complete scam.
Do not use. Do not give them money under any circumstances.
These guys are scammers
These guys are scammers - they stole 50€ from me
Fyber is a scam
I did not get what I was promised. When I complained they said it was because I didn't download the app from them. The problem was they clearly did not check/investigate because I used a website through them which does not have an associated app. The answer was not even feasible.
Didnt get the promised reward
Didnt get the promised reward after completing the task. Also the customerservice is below what you can expect, i havent received a single reply. Do not fall for these scammers
Your cs is a joke i think
Your cs is a joke i think, if not please look at our request, not just reply by a bots or automation, i don't know why fyber did this 3 times i didnt received my reward.
This is my request 4095818
I would consider changing my rating if you guys really gonna look to my request.
Terrible company,done 2 casino offers…
Terrible company, done 2 casino offers of depositing an amount, didn’t get the rewards, reported it and got a poor response even tho I showed all proof of date/time and deposits on both casino offers. Avoid !!!!
Once loved completing offers with it
Once loved completing offers with it. Then i got banned by them because of a glitch in one of their promoted offers. Support does not help at all.
Actual dogsht company
Actual dogsht company. Scammed me for a game to pay for it, never received my rewards, denied new offers for my account, after that they dont even reply on my tickets.
Scam
Only research offers like Bitlabs pay on the Fyber offer wall, but at a lower amount than promised. Other app offers simply don't pay and support refuses to help you using the same automatic response every time.
Wish I can give them -10000 stars
Wish I can give them -10000 stars. Horrible liars and scammers. I completed the ants reborn tasks for 10$ I didn't get my money and they have no super even after I sent evidence only got automatic answer. Avoid them like plague
Even worse than Tapjoy
Even worse than Tapjoy. Same shifty detection, and they have a two day wait before you can even complain.
Completed a website offered but they…
Completed a website offered but they denied to pay the emeralds stating I have downloaded the app from play store. Complete fraud. Should not bother with them.
This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. They don't give out the rewards and only real the benefits. Be careful of such apps.
The games that have these offerwall apps like tapjoy, fyber etc. need to be vigilant against these scams.
They are making their own players fall for these scams.
SCAMMED
Activate your free card from Revolut. Open a Revolut account and activate your card with a transaction. Everything is executed I do not receive 352 tokens....
Contacted via the app and I constantly receive an automated message that you can use on Zendesk. It is starting to look like I have been scammed from receiving nothing and hearing nothing.
Scammers, lying wastes of space!
Disgusting "business". False offers that never pay out, non-existent customer service that never resolve the issue, just send automated rubbish. They do not pay out on offers and then claim its your fault despite sending them evidence to the contrary. Scammers, DO NOT USE THEIR OFFERS!
Banned my account because they didn't credit offers
So I had the same issues as everyone else here - they were very hit and miss whether they'd credit offers or not. I contacted them about an offer a few months ago and since then I've had no offers from Fyber. Thought it might just be genuinely no offers available but apparently they ban accounts that keep contacting them.
They've done me a favour though, now I can use other providers who actually credit offers. Thanks Fyber!
Years Of Using Offer Walls Couldn't Prepare Me For Fyber
I grew up playing games that used these offer wall affiliates to allow players to collect currency by watching ads, playing other games, etc. And for the last decade or so, all of these offer wall organizations have gone drastically down hill. I've heard many horror stories through the years of people having bad experiences with support and never receiving their rewards, this happened very rarely to be personally in my time using them, but it's ramped up since I've began being FORCED to use Fyber. (As most other offer walls aren't used by these games anymore.) The Fyber wall is filled with scammy, and sketchy apps nobody's ever heard of, and nobody would ever play if it wasn't for them appearing on Fyber. Offers asking ridiculously difficult tasks of you. (Like reaching level 100+ in one of those grindy, PTP slot games that Google is always trying to force down people's throats.) There are a few smaller games where you can actually visit the Google Play page for, and see reviews discussing the inability to complete these absurd trials. With one review I read flat out saying that the offer that lead them there likely wasn't play tested, and wasn't possible to complete. Since the wall is so overrun with these, it's difficult to find ones that are actually possible to complete, and with this we get to the support aspect of it. If you complete an offer on the Fyber wall, there is a very high likelihood you won't receive your credits. As I said before, this rarely used to be an issue for me personally, but virtually everytime I've attempted an offer on Fyber there's been some type of issue that required me getting into touch with support. And multiple times this ended with them simply informing me "Oops! Sorry! Nothing we can do!" And then promptly closing the support ticket. Meaning I've just wasted days of my life on a stressful, obnoxious, challenging offer in hopes of receiving some small reward for it. But merely receiving an automated "lol srry". Coincidentally, I'm actually currently in the middle of a support ticket with them. (And wouldn't you know it, I'm receiving as helpful a response as ever!! /s) The bad experience I'm having with the customer service is actually what drove me to write this whole rant. And to anyone who's a regular user of these games with these offer walls, I just wanna say. I'm out here with you, and I feel your pain. It really seems like these services are mostly unusable now because of the instability and inconsistency of them. I really don't think I'm ever going to do another Fyber offer after this because of the constant bad service. Really not worth wasting my time on anymore.
I didn't get my reward and they didn't…
I didn't get my reward and they didn't support me well. I presented them legible evidence that follows Fyber's conduct, however, still nothing. Also, I contacted the Fyber partner who had rejected me (according to what the support told me) and so far the said partner has not responded to me. I sent another email to Fyber support and, you know, nothing. Too bad, and I will probably never get my reward.
