Do not deliver on their promise
My experience so far:
- Orders getting lost without an explanation and subsequently delayed.
- Their transporter (postNL) that they have chosen deliver late, or at another address without a word of explanation.
If you expect something on time at a specific place which should be their core business then go to somewhere else...
5 days delivery and the worst customer…
5 days delivery and the worst customer service... we waited the whole day at home for a delivery which didnt arrive. we called and cancelled the order, as it wasnt going to make it on time for the party, and had to go to the store. three days later, the delivery shows up. So I call to ask about the cancellation and refund, and the woman on the line tells me it's my problem as we didn't reject the delivery (even though i was never told I should do that), and that now i need to go to PostNL to deliver it if I want to receive a refund. and that 'people make mistakes', not even apologetic, with quite an attitude, as if I am the problem.. I will def remember this for the next party. They're a big waste of time

Gall and Gall Weesp
I went into Gall and Gall in Weesp with my son who is of age to buy and drink alcohol. The man who owns the store was so rude to the both of us for not being able to speak Dutch. I find this absolutely disgusting and I will rather drive to another bottle store than walk into that place ever again. He had no idea if we lived in the NL if we were passing by on a boat but judged us anyway. Never again Gall And Gall in Weesp. Learn some manners
They don't give a rats ass
Horrible experience with their service and customer support. Ordered some beers but it seems they run out of one of them so they just thought I put something else in the box. Told them about the "mistake" and their response is, "Well, we just didn't have that beer so we thought we put another one instead of an empty spot". What the hell????
This shop has no shame. Their reply was that I was welcome to return the order.
Bye bye gall & gall, never again.
Ordered one thing, received a different one, they don't care
I ordered the gift pack of beers from Brouwerij 't IJ which is supposed to have a Columbus in there. When I received the package I realized they had changed the Columbus for another cheaper beer. I called them, told them about the error, and sent them the pictures as requested.
They replied saying that they didn't have Columbus so instead of sending the package with one less beer they replaced it with another one.
I told them that "no, I want the beer that it is supposed to come with, and not another cheaper beer".
Their answer: We are not changing that beer so you can go ahead and return your order.
I will not buy from this shop ever again.

Extremely Disappointed with Gall en Gall's Delivery Service
I am utterly disappointed with the delivery service provided by Gall en Gall. Despite paying an additional fee for expedited delivery, my order failed to arrive on time, as promised. This is not the first time I've encountered such an issue with Gall en Gall. It is unacceptable to pay for a service that consistently fails to deliver on its promises. I urge others to reconsider using Gall en Gall for their needs until they improve their delivery service reliability.

Ik ben uiterst teleurgesteld in de bezorgservice van Gall en Gall. Ondanks het betalen van een extra vergoeding voor snelle levering, kwam mijn bestelling niet op tijd aan, zoals beloofd. Dit is niet de eerste keer dat ik zo'n probleem heb ondervonden met Gall en Gall. Het is onaanvaardbaar om te betalen voor een service die consequent faalt in het nakomen van haar beloften. Ik raad anderen aan om te heroverwegen Gall en Gall te gebruiken voor hun behoeften totdat ze de betrouwbaarheid van hun bezorgservice verbeteren.

I place na order last week....on website says ; next day delivery...went to the store like 300 times, because i receive an email that my order will be there. After few days of waiting...still not there. I order 300euro bottle and they cant manage to deliver properly 1 bottle....never gonna order anything from them. My first and last order.

It is not possible on their order form on line to order from the USA and have it delivered in Holland. Very annoying after spending a lot of time picking wines.

Experience is of unhelpful and rude staff at Gall & Gall (Overtoom). I wanted to buy a special bottle of whiskey (€80-100) as a gift. The shop had had a delivery, but the sales assistant (Man) refused to move the items in front of the whiskey section and said 'it is impossible at the moment'. It wasn't impossible and could have been done. I explained what I wanted and that they would look a sale, and he said 'that's okay'.

I have been a customer for nearly 20 years but that loyalty ends today. I am honestly not surprised to see all the negative comments. Please allow me to echo them so that you don’t make the mistake of buying from this company. The descriptions on the website are not accurate so what you think you’re paying for is not what you actually receive. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re putting fake labels on bottles and passing them off as genuine. The service in the store is usually nice but I encountered a lady in Den Haag called Tamara and thanks to her I’ll never step foot inside any Gall store ever again. Beware of this company. It’s been around for years and I suppose it’s been deceiving customers for just as long as it’s existed. The same items can almost always be found cheaper elsewhere. Don’t spend money at Gall
Where's my booze?
My order, placed on Sunday still hasn't arrived, despite waiting in for 2 days, it was meant as Christmas gifts but that's not going to happen now.
And I reckon it would be easier to get in direct contact with Volodymyr Selenskyy than with Gall&Gall, none of their contact avenues are working today.

Delivery service is very bad.
Do not expect that your order delivery with a present be on time even you pay extra money to make a delivery from ..to... o`clock. They just can skip it for the next day without any sorry and asking you the other time option for delivery. Delivery can not be to the neighbours so it makes it even more complicated. You can not reach the delivery service on a phone either ( the line was not available 23 min even you can call them strict from 10 to 4p.m.) I cancelled my order because the birthday present for my friend was not actual for the next day. Very upset and never again :(
Hate it
Even 1 star to mutch, i wanted to buy alcohol free beer, in the Netherlands you don’t need an ID for thar, but they did not give me. Are they making the groundrules or not? Really hate it.

What is the problem?
- I have to do separate orders to have two cards with two bottles of wine for clients who both work on the same location
- I am unable to fill in the full address on the website and therefore need to call customer service to have it changed one T&T is live
- I have received only one order confirmation out of two paid orders
- I have been on the phone with the support service over 5 times and waisted several hours on the phone and with the chat service
- I am 3 days further now, still unsure if my order will arrive....
