Got a bargain on the heroquest dreadmoon expansion pack. :). Was cheaper than Amazon!! Great selection of board games as well as ps5 games.

Shameful company
Well for one - i would not have needed to make a purchase online in the first place if game was not.... bad.
I placed an order for my assassins creed shadows collectors edition may 2024, it came out yesterday Friday 20th March, I went into game to pick up my physical £200 edition only to be told that they "only ordered in 2" and both of them went.
So where is mine? No game staff was on either meaning I was dealing with a sports direct employee also.
I was then given an email to contact which I have not heard from as of yet.
Game is a terrible company now and I would not buy anything from them again especially with their terrible customer service.
EDIT: As of writing to their email (after their response to me) I was ignored. No reply was given back to me and it has been months now. I have sent 15 emails and all has been ignored.
I went into my local "sports direct/Game", and they gave me a phone number to contact, guess what... they put me on hold for 3 hours and then hung up on me.
Game is a joke nowadays and the bot reply's only encompass this.

Game Greenock
The Game in Greenock is a small store (it's inside a Sports Direct) but it's always well stocked and the staff are very helpful.

My son is in a wheelchair he used to go into game every week to get stuff but it's moved into sports direct and u couldn't even get yourself walking down in-between the units. So has put my son right off going in now! Noway disabled or pram friendly
