Felling Supported
Quick response, clear advice and good follow up. A sense of being supported.
Great customer suport (and a great product!)
I have been using Mailbird for more than six years, and occasionally have had to contact the company's technical support service, including very recently. I have always found the support to be superb - one of the best I have had experience with. The support personnel have always been prompt in their replies and very knowledgeable about their product and troubleshooting customer problems. In addition to the functionality of the software (which is very easy to use and reliably stable), this support is another reason to highly recommend the product.
Good Customer Support
I just started using Mailbird and needed to contact their support team. My agent was timely in his responses, and thorough in his answers. In addition, he provided me with a link to provide additional information on how to work through the issue I was experiencing.

An excellent app combining many day-to-day tasks all in one place. The layout is easy to navigate, the settings options are very comprehensive and ease of use is great. Contacted customer support and there was a speedy response and answer provided. Would highly recommend this app.

Great potential, but "Lifetime" doesn't mean what it used to
I’ve been using Mailbird since 2015, starting with the free version before eventually investing in 15 Lifetime Pro licenses back in 2017. At the time, I saw so much potential. It was the "all-in-one" solution I needed, effectively replacing outdated email clients with its modern features.
However, there are some significant drawbacks. The RAM usage is heavy—comparable to running a web browser. If you only have 8GB of RAM, it honestly feels too tight for a smooth experience.
My biggest frustration, though, is the licensing. My "Lifetime" license is stuck at version 2.X, When version 3.0 was released, I was locked out. They are now charging high prices for either a one-time purchase or a yearly subscription. Even with the "loyalty discount," they’re asking for $30 per user to upgrade. For context, that’s about half of my monthly salary, making it completely unaffordable for me.
To be honest, calling it a "Lifetime" upgrade feels like marketing fluff. If old lifetime users are forced to pay again for version 3.0, what’s to stop them from doing the same when 4.0/5.0 comes out? It feels like long-term customers don’t matter anymore—it’s all about the bottom line.

Beware unexpected payments
Good product and logical to use. However be prepared to be caught out by the renewal payment which is taken completely without any warning. And it can't be disabled in the settings. And if you raise a ticket asking how to avoid future unexpected payments it will be ignored. So it will be the last year I'll be a customer.

Not as good as I had hoped
I really wanted to love mailbird and clearly the reviews show many do, but it’s been a bit of a disappointment for me.
Not being able to synch my Yahoo calendar was a shame but I should have checked beforehand. The lack of a companion mobile app turns out to be a bigger problem than expected.
But the REAL disappointment is the lack of response to certain technical issues. You get a reference number and then nothing. Customer service really poor. It is completely unusable for me and I have asked for my ( quite expensive) ‘lifetime’ payment to be credited back to me but as with all communication with them no response. Shame because if everything worked I think they would be better than Outlook
Watch out for the annual subscription....
It's not a bad program, but it sure didn't like the subscription service. Of course I forgot that I had a yearly subscription ($98), and so when I received the notice (always after the fact), I tried to write them and politely asked that I be refunded. Good luck. You complete the request, and get a response that says they're no longer monitoring that email address. I don't wish them ill will, but maybe make it easy to do business, OK?
The mailbird folks got back to me right away. I'm choosing not to worry about the money, and I'm impressed with how they handled this. Over and out, I'll give them a 4.5 out of 5. And Thank you, Mailbird.

Great app, and great team!
This app is everything I've ever wanted in a mail app. I've tried several over the years, but none nailed it the way MailBird does.
Additionally, I had to reach out to their support for assistance with something (my lack of understanding) and they were prompt, helpful, and friendly.
Great app, and great team!

Exceptional Email Client with Outstanding Support
I have been using Mailbird and have been genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The platform is clean, efficient, and user-friendly, making email management significantly easier. What truly sets Mailbird apart, however, is their Support Team.
From the moment I reached out, I received prompt, professional, and exceptionally friendly assistance. Oliver and the Customer Happiness Team went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked smoothly. Their communication is clear, proactive, and truly focused on customer satisfaction.
It is rare to find a company that delivers both a great product and exceptional service, but Mailbird certainly achieves this. I highly recommend Mailbird to anyone looking for a reliable, well-designed email client backed by an outstanding support team.

I loved mailbird
I loved mailbird, it's a bit more complete than Thunderbird but the scale of the writing is too small. Also, I can easily slide in images on thunderbird and could'nt here. The main reason I would buy it, (though not at your price) would be because of the easily accessible Apps although I can get to them easily on Edge. But I think you have developed an excellent product.
Thanks for the free trial.
