I just had giclee prints 3 of my original paintings done by Gicleemasters and I'm a very happy customer. Couldn't tell the difference between the originals from the prints. Such fantastic quality prints! Thanks so much!
A superb job done by Alex & Felicity in such a quick turnaround. The prints are outstanding and look just like the original with the canvas they printed on. I have already recommended their expertise to the Surrey Hills Plein Air painters, Guildford Art Society and the Pirbright Art Club. My client was so chuffed !!!
Avoid if you value your art and your money!
Artwork arrived both defected & scratched from their printing & trimming process and damaged by their own shipping due to being sellotaped onto cardboard but the prints move in transit so they stuck to the sellotape removing the ink. The printer asked for the prints back, upon receipt they said they had not damaged the artwork which clearly they had because it was marked/scratched upon arrival & had white dots in the middle of the print that were not present on the art file, badly defected, they refused to send replacements, they kept the artwork and didn't replace nor refund anything, essentially stealing our money. Worst customer service known to man, if you value your art, get it printed by a gallery with a good reputation that knows how to handle art and not damage it, not print defects and not steal money. The odd thing is, they've printed for us numerous times over the years, then when this was highlighted over just 6 prints, they literally flipped, said it was not their fault, refused to answer emails for many months and when I called they put the phone down, customer service nor printing is their strong suit. There's a reason this printer is cheaper than other giclee printers, we found out the hard way, if it's too good to be true, it usually is, avoid!
My son is a bit of an artist, and I wanted to transfer some of his canvas work to a digital format. I shopped around a lot and found these guys. They were very professional and knew their stuff. The price was a lot lower than I had budgeted for as well. A very good experience all round.
