These new updates are so bad. Even though I have a power adapter that makes my games run easier, it just doesn't anymore and the Gimate ai can't fix or do anything about it, whatever I say it just says the same exact thing saying how it can't do it for some lame excuse which is what it's there for and secondly, this gaming laptop was bloody expensive and can't even run 60fps games. It's a joke, I tried plugging into a router and my games are still slow and laggy. This is the worst product I've ever bought in my life, it's safe to say all AI companies are god awful and untrustworthy!

I don't know why, so I want to add mine.

I bought a b550 gaming x motherboard and I'm happy with it. I have Ryzen 5600x. I built my own PC.
They are still releasing BIOS updates after years.
It's just great imo.

software bug, impossible configurations, only problems with all my gigabyte hardware. I would never buy any Gigabyte gear again.

Terrible, woeful, makes me sick. They failed to honor a promotion on a 2070RTX card i bought. i only got the card from them as i wanted a game i could have gone elsewhere. i sent them the receipt twice stating the date bought and the place and price, but they told me the photo was clear enough. so i made it crystal clear and impossible to deny it. Then got the sorry sir the promotion is over and your last two months plus emails don't count. W anchors away.

I have been using gigabyte mother boards for a long time now for normal use and also for games and have found them to be out standing they can handle anything you throw at them standard boards can do all your browsing and face book or you tube no problems and the U E F I boards are unbelievable quick for games and run very cool

After owning the GTX 770 Windforce for some time now, I have to say that I am impressed. Great quality and very surprising. Those 3 fans are insanely powerful.

i brought the GA-Z97X-SOC FORCE from Overclockers.uk and it's rubbish, it is extremely buggy and unstable. I've had it for about a week and i just cant get it working. it will not retain its Overclock settings and it doesn't matter what BIOS you use, it just wont respond.
Every time you reboot the pc something else is wrong with the motherboard.
Overclockers cant help, very poor customer suppport on their forum and on the Gigabyte website, customer support is equally bad, you cant even log in, it wont accept your verification code.
i wont buy another Gigabyte product ever again, the Asus is a far superior Motherboard.
