NO STARS. There are numerous erroneous fees. I paid them a large amount and absolutely no where in my account is it reflected. They cannot even tell me where my money is. The system reflects absolutely nothing they tell you on the phone. I was told I overplayed and that my account would be closed and I would receive an overpayment check so they even stopped taking their monthly payments. Why would they stop if that weren’t true? How in the world do they go from that to saying I have a balance due of thousands of dollars? Each representative tells you something completely different. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. This has not helped me at all. It has me completely sick and stressed even more than before I started dealing with them. And to think I was led to them through a Christian radio station. Very sad, disgusted and disappointed.

I am now almost completely debt-free thanks to this law firm. They successfully negotiated with credit card companies to reduce my overall amount owed. I was able to then pay off the principal instead of just paying off interest. They kept the payments to an amount that was affordable. I could not have gotten out of debt without them.

Excellent service. Their explanation was outstanding, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.

Transparency

Knowledgeable and efficient. Settling with creditors took about 8 months with an aggressive creditor. If you dont need your credit good for a year or two. Go for it. Basically stopped answering my phone unless it was this company. Gave me the ability to save for car repairs and see the light at the end of tunnel. Next will be student loans. Hopefully in 4-5 years I can start my life.
