We really enjoyed the Go Ape Party for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The picnic area worked well and booking was straightforward. I would recommend Go Ape as a fun party when lockdown is over. We used the Leeds Castle venue. Access was easy and there was plenty of parking. Toilets are a bit of walk, so reminders are needed for young children!
Their covid19 policy is purely based on greed. Urge others to take action. This has to be a PR disaster in the waiting for them, and deservedly so.

My son celebrated his 11th birthday here with his friends a week before the lockdown, so glad we got to do this before the restrictions as his Go Ape party was cancelled last year due to the storms! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. It was a special treat for my daughter's birthday and she loved it. She didn't want to get off and would have stayed on all day.
Can say enough about how lovely the staff were, supportive and encouraging the whole time.

The Battersea Go Ape is a fantastic place, exceptional staff, great fun, healthy, in the open air. The kids absolutely loved themselves, thank you for making it so special for them!
They have closed all their venues due to coronavirus, but are refusing to refund bookings already made and payment taken for. This is contrary to consumer law. I booked a birthday party for my Son, which will be useless when they reopen. They are trying to say it is a postponement rather than a cancellation, but that can only be by mutual agreement. This is important because their own Terms & Conditions state they must refund if they cancel. They're only thinking about their greedy selves and not their customers. I am someone who has spent hundreds of Pounds at this venue with several birthday parties and other visits. I will not be booking this venue ever again and will pursue a refund via my credit card company.
Refusing to give a refund, even though at the time of booking it stated the only reason a refund is not given is if a discount was used and it was not but still no refund, offered to hold the booking but that's of little to no use to me,even tried telling me it's a small team but with more than 30 sites and a revenue of millions I fail to see they're a small team now ignoring emails from me. Wont ever book or use go ape for anything ever again

Even being of an older age group we thought we would give Go Ape a go..... staff were exceptionally helpful, clear and friendly.
Thought I was going to chicken out, but managed to get over my fear of hights to enjoy going round 4 times!!
