Returns not possible

Returns not possible
They have a .co.uk website, but are based in Ireland and any return needs to be sent to Ireland. I sent mine twice with customs forms filled in correctly, but both times it was rejected by Irish customs with no reason. I've now paid for goggles I can't use and also paid twice for return postage. This is an ongoing post-Brexit issue - not the company's fault, but they shouldn't really sell into the UK without a returns method. Their email address also hasn't accepted incoming emails for a few weeks.
