I did my first purchase from them this week. I was on a tight schedule and they did everything to accommodate my request. Ashley was the one who helped me and did not only assist me but also followed through until completion. They even called the day the pens were supposed to arrive to see if they had arrived on time and in shape.
I bought a Lamy Alstar aubergine pen from goldspot. After purchasing I realized they were $10 higher than the going rate from the competition (JetPens, Gouletpens, etc) The cardboard box was also creased. I emailed customer service and they said the price was the going rate. Haha, yeah your customers can’t verify that claim with a google search.
Unreliable shipping. They use US Postal Service for regular shipping. Delivery dates are a little more than a wet dream intended to mislead the customer. When you call for help, they make it absolutely clear chey are not interested in dealing with the problem. Absolutely will not deal with them again.
I bought a few Parker ballpoint pens from Goldspot Pens as gifts. The prices were great and the items arrived safely boxed and on time. I would highly recommend Goldspot Pens to anyone looking for a unique gift and for anyone that enjoys writting or Calligraphy.
They debit your bank account before notifying you they can't verify your mailing address. Sounds like a scam to me.

Do not trust!! They sell opened bottles that are used for samples and then claim they are "new".
