Rude salesman Paul
I found the salesman Paul to be extremely rude and dismissive. Repeatedly talked through me while I was trying to answer His questions and find solutions to a problem with my system. Unfortunately I am stuck with it now and I have no confidence in this person. Being told off as a customer is in my opinion extremely unprofessional.

Solar Battery company that will promise install dates until they have your deposit then the problems begin.
The first install date they just never turned up at all, I had taken the day off work especially, the second date was given but then that was also once again rescheduled.
After 3 reschedules I told them I just wanted my deposit back as I had lost faith in them.
I gave them a true and honest review with everything being factual to which I have emails as proof.
Well thats where it gets ugly,
the "owner" in his words "Oliver" rang me not to try and work it out and see how it could be resolved but instead to question my review and tell me how unhappy he was with it, he told me none of it was there fault and he "didn't need my deposit money as $900 won't do much for him"
I told him I just wanted my deposit returned and wanted to move on to which he told me " there is a contract and they do don't need to return the deposit" to which I hung up.
A little while later the Salesman "Paul" rang me and was also extremely unhappy with my review and kept telling me I was overreacting, I explained that after the disgusting phone call from the owner there was no way i would be going ahead.
He then told me I shouldn't have "had a cry" and given them a bad review,
after I returned fire and told him he was gutless talking to a customer over the phone like that, he told me I was gutless and hung up on me.
It worries me that these two grown men think it is ok to talk down to customers in such a disrespectful way and threaten to keep my hard earned money, I am only glad that it was me they were talking to and not my wife.
My dealings with this company and the way they spoke to me were absolutely shocking.
I will not be letting them get away with keep my deposit that is for sure.
