Profit manipulation!

So I’m trading same pairs on 2 different brokers. Hantec is showing lower spread than the other broker but for some reason the profit on Hantec is lower than the other broker. I’ve been taking note of this. It’s either they’re trading against you or manipulating profits? Pushing back on the profits and manipulating price!! Also their communication is terrible.

I’m sorry you feel you’ve had a bad experience, however what you describe is not possible logically. If the price and/or spread is different from another broker, then obviously the profit or loss will be.

The system had one of our Customer support agents falsely logged in over the weekend when all agents are usually offline.
