I get all my stair risers and bookshelf boards from them, and their Quick Ship options usually cover what I’m looking for. The quality is consistently solid, orders arrive quickly, and the whole process is straightforward from start to finish. They’ve been a reliable supplier for me, and I’ll keep coming back.

Lead time was worse than advertised, and then there were additional shipping delays and miscommunications that they did not take responsibility for.
As a result, we had to hire workers to hang around waiting for the slabs, only to have them not delivered. Happened three times.
Shipping is terrible. As I never get my product I can't tell you about the quality. I ordered my stairs steps on 06/01 (fully payment) with a delivery date of 2 weeks. 45 days after, I still didn't received them. It was very expensive as I had to cancel my contractor 3 times. Each time after a broken promise of deliver next week. It cost me more than $300 in contractor fees for noting. So never ever will di business with this company. I cancelled and requested a refund, not sure what will happen now.
