I am another contractor who worked for…

I am another contractor who worked for these crooks full of lies and have seen them tell customers they need new boiler when this was not the case on several occasions.Was nt there that long these people need stopping all there bothered about is lining there own pocket and doing it at any cost and they still owe me £1000 stay well away you have been warned

Not happy with heating bliss services a

Spoke to rob and andy installed the worchester combi boiler,trying to email them no response calling no use as they don't call you back or pick up call,there website is removed from internet,I really dont know whom to contact to complain about heating bliss company as they have not even send the copy of warranty and payment receipt and boiler is not working,I paid more than 3.5 k to them for installation

Don't touch them

Don't touch them, I contracted to them for a short period, they don't pay their subcontractors. They lie to their customers and pay little if regard to the gas regulations.
In short a chaotic and very unprofessional pair of jokers. More concerned with standing around chatting all day about how great they are a how terrible everyone else is. Waste of space.

Waste of space, constantly ignore you after agreeing to do job

Waste of space, rob firstly agreed to complete the work I asked for, the price was excessive and i said no thanks, his reply was that he had added a boiler service in aswell, which I said I didnt want a boiler service, he continued to try and sell it to me anyway but I kept refusing. He then finally agreed to only do the work I asked for, with a more reasonable fee and left me waiting around for 2 weeks ignoring my messages asking when he is doing my job. I even rang him on a different number and he answered and ensured me he was still going to do the work but still continued to ignore my messages afterwards when he didnt come back to me with a day and time. Time waster and wants to sell boiler service on top so he can tell you that you need a new boiler

Not happy

Called Heating Bliss to service my boiler one engineer came out on Monday 17th June and said the seals needed replacing and he would come back on Tuesday 18th June and replace them in the mean time he turned the gas off and placed a sticker on the boiler saying not to use it as he considered it a risk and charged me £50, on Tuesday he never came back so I rang him he said sorry he was on his way to Sheffield and he would come back Wednesday 19th June to finish the job, a different engineer turned up and supposedly finished the job gave me a gas safe certificate charged me another £80 and left, a few hours later I tried to get hot water but only got cold water so I went into the loft not only was the boiler still turned off by the electric switch on the wall but the gas tap under the boiler was still turned of and the pressure was at 0.5 bar they had also turned the switch on the boiler to off, so not only did i have to re-pressurise the boiler, turn the gas tap back on, turn the electric switch on the wall back on and the switch on the boiler to get it to work again I had to pay £130 for the privilege to do it, I am not happy at all with the service, can someone please explain to me how they could have checked the boiler was working properly and safe when it was not even working when they left, I am now waiting for a response from Heating Bliss before I send a complaint to the safe gas register body

Stay away....

Stay away unless you want to get ripped off. Chat rubbish about other people's quality of work when they're just as bad. Quick to demand money but dont give you any paperwork or breakdown for the work they have done. Also left my boiler with no pressure in when they said they would sort it. No service paperwork makes me think if the boiler service was actually done as I still haven't received any basic paperwork. Ignore calls, messages and emails. I have tried to contact them for over 2 months! Bad. Really upset with the service we received. Deleting my reviews, says it all.

Fault on boiler with vessel which they…

Fault on boiler with expansion vessel which they changed. (Part £107, labour £133 for 40 minutes). New problem with boiler which they came back twice trying to fix. Just looked at me and said 'I don't know what to do'. I went online, diagnosed the fault, paid £20 for a new part and fitted in 45 seconds. Boiler now working. I was assured my boiler would be working when they left, it wasn't. I was told repeatedly how the had '20 years experience' - I've got none and fixed the fault. It cost me £240 to get a different fault that they couldn't fix. Make your own mind up...

Suberb service

Suberb service, cannot recommend enough. Sent a message in the evening needing 2 gas boilers servicing, and they came the following morning. Will definitely be using again

Excellent service, would highly recommend!

Fantastic service!

Rob was really conscientious and friendly. He explained everything really well to me, despite me being a complete novice when it comes to boilers!
Rob was incredibly thorough and I feel safe knowing that the boiler has been serviced to the highest standard.

Excellent value for money, and I will definitely be using Heating Bliss as my go-to boiler service from now on.
