Long time hightail user. I have never had an issue and every transfer has worked perfectly. Easy to use and certainly my preferred transfer system.

My clients have found the access to uploading to my account link to be easy to use and I have never missed any of their posts. My upload of large files and the availability to encrypt and set time limits for downloads has been easy and trouble free.

This service is dependable, and it works great for our transfers.

I would give 5 stars but the app never works, it’s a real nightmare and I always have to be using a laptop or desktop if I want to send a large file. Actually just for the inconvenience of the app I’m not going to renew my subscription after years of using hightail

I use Hightail to send many large files! The process is easy and very secure. It’s one app I can always count on!

I cant say much. Once I had one problem. This was not really solved. But everybody did, what he can do. This once means a long time ago.

For me , Hightail is quick and easy to use. I forward large files quickly and know the recipient will have the documents in a rapid time. Great.

Overall experience is good. Although I can not understand why the copy link button in the Hightail Express tool (for Windows) is so hard to reach (it disappears when the link is to long). Please make a new version of Hightail express with a fixed button that doesn't moves off tool.

I love HighTail… but the reason I gave it 3 Stars *** is because I don’t like to be forced into a corner with accepting the Cookies… Let me do my work without a bunch of tracking bots watching my every f**king move. Do I make myself crystal clear?

I use hightail to send files to local clients including government. The system is seamless and works well every time. I now use the upload link and that is easy for the clients to use - so every one who uses Hightail will have a nice day at work. All my uploads are still in history - so even better!! Thank you hightail - I look forward to learning of more features.
