I can send very larger files to multiple people anywhere.

I use the service all the time for sending documents that are thousands of pages long. Never a problem

I love Hightail! I’ve used it for years. It’s easy to use and when I did have issues the help team was fantastic at helping me resolve my technical issue.

I started when it was YouSendit. It's still my go-to for sending larges files. I love Hightail!

We have used this service for several years. I love that we can send pretty large zipped folders very effortlessly. I am very please with all of the send options and time frames that can be utilized for keeping the downloads "live" and downloadable for our customers. One small tweak I'd love to see fixed if possible- we usually find that the auto email that gets sent to a customer with the download link often goes to that user's spam folder the first time we send something to them, After that first send, it seems to go through fine. Overall, Hightail gets a 5 star rating in my book.

Overall, Hightail is working great. Only things I could see to improve is when the connection gets interrupted to be able to resume an upload where it lefts off. Other than that I am happy with the functionality of the software.

Very good application - 2 requests for improvement: (1) include ability to share entire file folders (at least 1 level of files); (2) allow multiple email address recipients to be listed using semi-colons in addition to comma, to render your app more in-line with the way Outlook handles multiple email recipients.

Long time user. Hightail is quick, with a simple to use interface. Has all the security options you'll need.

I love Hightail. It is quick, easy and efficient to send large files, both documents and video, to friends and clients. No fuss, no difficult maneuvers to handle. Keep up the good work!

Apart from upload issues using Safari, Hightail is my FTP service of choice. They have consistently improved over time. The 'spaces' folder system for sharing with a client is superb. Plus their built in video viewer is an extremely useful add-on. I have the unlimited account and I do use it extensively. I'd recommend it to anyone.

customer service. I use you all the time and have been a customer for over 10 years however your customer service is awful. I have had a ongoing issue for 4 years maybe longer . I am willing to drive to your headquarters as it is 10 mins from me and yet still I get no resolution to my issue.
I am in a marriage with you so I cannot divorce otherwise I would. The concept is wonderful if everything worked.
I use the file transfer all the time and that works great.

In my work I share large documents, PowerPoints and photos with colleagues around the country. Hightail has never failed me and expedites delivery when regular email can't handle them.

Great service/product, we use it daily.

It would be grand if directories could be uploaded, instead of groups of files.

The user experience of your program is pretty awful. Its hard to find certain functionalities because they are hidden or are in weird places. THe dashboard is a complete mess and I hate how we cant customize the thumbnail images. there should be an option not to even see thumbnail images for spaces. If the name is long is gets cut off, so I cant actually see the full space name sometimes. Even changing the name of a space is a pain in the butt because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.

Great application. I send files through them often with no problems.
