I have to send a lot of big, really big files from Zoom meetings. Without Hightail it would be a major problem. Easy to use. Don't change it.

Easy to use and efficient. What's not to like?

I have been a fan of Hightail for many years and I would not use any aother service even if they are free.

I have never had a bad experience with Hightail.com (YouSendIt.com). The uploading and downloading of files is fairly straight forward and the site is nice and stylish as well as functional. Keep up the good work!

Mobile (phone/tablet) experience is underwhelming.

Would also like the ability for clients to select images and send a list of filenames back.

Otherwise, works flawlessly. I'll continue using it.

I can always count on Hightail to deliver my files without any hassles. Clients have mentioned to me how seamless Hightail is when receiving files. It just works efficiently.

I am very happy with Hightail. There's not much to say - it is always there - it always works. I'm very pleased.

I use Hightail all the time even in our own building from office to office it's faster than a flash drive. In the time I spend waiting for the elevator I can upload the file and I'm done.

In the end, Hightail accomplishes its mission of sending and receiving gigantic files. But to find a newly revived file or an older one is baffling and annoying, The gurus at Hightail must feel that this game of hide-and-go-seek makes actually finding the file even more rewarding. IT DOESN'T

Used it like the beginning, always professional.

I primarily use Hightail to email large audio files. It works great except for when I need to send an entire album with many different tracks. I have to send each track separately and they won't necessarily stay in the order that I sent them. Most important, all my files are audio and there is no way for me to listen to the audio files that I've uploaded onto your site other than to download it and then listen to it.

On some transfers they have dropped send after hours of sending large files

The MP3 player is not set up for mobile devices. When playing back files, the window is too large and difficult to navigate.

Hightail is very easy to use to send large files, which is all I use it for. My only complaint is that I am unable to save a draft, and sometimes when I am working on a large number of documents and need to finish later, there is no way to save what I have already uploaded and pick up again later, at least none that a have found.

I have been using Hightail for 7 years, there has never been a problem and everything has transferred over perfectly.
