Very bad service

Very bad service! No chance to speak to a person, if there was something wrong with delivery. The only way to contact them with a complain is via emial, which takes a lot of time (to write and even more till there s an answer). On the other hand - if you wish to purchase something via phone, it only takes seconds till someone is available.

Very impressed with their efficiency

Very impressed with the efficiency of collect service. Having waited for over a month from another company to deliver I wasn't going to repeat the same mistake. Their click and collect service worked like a charm!

Terrible experience with Hoffner

Terrible experience with Hoffner.
It's the first time in Germany I buy a furniture and have to pay 10% of the item value to return it. Such a bad customer experience. Will avoid buying ever again from Hoffner.

The cupboard which i bought is faulty…

The cupboard which i bought is faulty and i have made a request to the customer care a week before. I have not got any response from you. If i am not getting a response in a couple of day i am gonna to make a google review.

RUDE and TERRIBLE customer service!

rude and terrible customer service!! nobody helps you in case there is any problem with product, they would give you wrong number of the producer and try avoid any kind of help.

Worth every penny

It's not the cheapest you can find but their kitchen designer Frau Kopp is amazing.
I have a kitchen in a very small room filled with pipes outside the wall, and a wooden column (Platenbau) and she managed to fit in the cutest kitchen ever. Very functional and maximises the storage space.
The workers that mounted it were very professional and respectful. They did a great job as well.
I'm extremely happy with the kitchen and the service.

Keine Anwort von Höffner / furchtbar Customer Service

We ordered a sofa months ago and it still hasn’t arrived even though it was supposed to arrive weeks ago. Everytime we call Höffner they tell us they don’t know why it hasn’t arrived because they haven’t heard back from the manufacturers. Additionally, they are rude and exhibit really bad customer service skills. I probably will never shop here again, not worth the headache.
