I have owned many pairs of Hoka shoes, and the Gaviota 5 shoes in widest size (don't like the Gaviota 6 as much) are my favorite so far. I have very wide feet with lots of foot splay, so I need sh... See more

I ordered my trainers on Sunday and they were delivered today, excellent service. Well pleased with the customer service and the product -M Clifton 10. Very comfortable fit and walking is like walking on air. It was my daughter that suggested that I look at HOKA very good advice.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. My shoes nearly 3 months developed an issue and so I contacted the customer services. I took photos and was asked to send the shoes back. The communication has been excellent throughout from a team member called Hollie. My replacement shoes are now on the way.

I ordered shoes from Hoka and they set them to deliver to a home I moved from a year and a half ago. I called customer service and they said basically too bad they will be delivered there and I will just have to contact fedex to see if they can help they suggested having them delivered to a holding facility, the shoes never made it there and I contacted fedex again they said it is considered a lost package and that I need to contact the shipper, I again called Hoka customer service and they said because the address is wrong they won’t start a lost package claim. I have been back and forth between Hoka and FedEx with no relief.I am out $120 with no relief and no customer support

Where do I even begin with the sheer, breathtaking incompetence of hoka uk? HOKA, the brand that wants to inspire people to move, has apparently decided the best way to do that is to make sure you never actually receive any of their products in the first place.
I had the audacity — the genuine nerve — to try to give them my money. Twice. The first attempt was made using Google Pay, which, for the uninitiated, is one of the most widely accepted, bank-verified, fraud-protected payment methods on the planet. HOKA's response? "We were unable to fulfill your order due to problems with the payment or billing information." Stunning. Google, PayPal, and every major bank on Earth can verify my payment just fine, but HOKA's checkout system has apparently set the bar considerably higher.
They then had the cheek to send a polite email suggesting I "confirm the information with my bank" and place the order again. So I did exactly that — only this time I switched to PayPal, a payment platform used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide specifically because it adds an extra layer of verification. Cancelled again. No explanation. No apology. Just a quiet, efficient dismissal of a willing customer with a perfectly valid payment method.
To summarise: HOKA UK's checkout system has so far rejected Google Pay and PayPal in the same day, while their website cheerfully advertises "flexible payment — pay in a way that suits you." Apparently, none of the ways that suit me are acceptable to HOKA. Their 30-day guarantee is impressively meaningless when they won't let you buy anything in the first place.
The shoes are no doubt lovely. I wouldn't know. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a retailer whose payment infrastructure was built after 2003.

Absolutely horrendous. Waited all day at home for my delivery on Friday only to be told there was nobody in to take delivery. I was sent a picture of some random house. Then was told they would be delivered to a local post office on Saturday they weren’t. Just now I have been told they are on the way back to Hoka🙈. I have asked for a refund but reading comments on here that is going to be a battle. To top it off I was offered a 10% code for my next purchase, seriously, Will never use these again

Terrible company sent my shoes back through there returns said delivered and accepted by hoka waited 15 days no refund when I eventually got through to them they said they haven't received it, they want to investigate I said that's between you and the courier you should give me the refund but they kept on with excuses so have to go through PayPal to get money back..

Impressive delivery of goods, ordered 16.30 on Friday, received delivery on Saturday at about 11.00.
The sliders ordered seem great quality with the required orthotic properties.
Unfortunately they will have to be returned as they cannot accommodate my very high instep

I had never heard of Hoka until I had foot surgery recently. They were one of the few brands my specialist recommended. I went to the new Pacific Fair (Gold Coast) store and was able to purchase wide fit shoes for the next 6-8 months to accommodate my swelling. Andres was very helpful and had the great idea of trying the men’s shoe which was wider again than the women’s. Grwst customer service from him and very relieved to now have comfortable and supportive shoes to wear while my foot recovers. Thank you!

I cannot return my shoes. It says try after 2 hour.. its been forever. Such scam shouldn’t happen by Hoka. Total disappointment. If it continues like this then the return window will.pass and I wont be able yo return. what a scam!!!!
Update : They responded and emailed me with shipping lebel. I had to print it at my own cost (2€) at DHL servicepoint. Still, Hopefully I'll get the refund. Hence, updating my review.
Still -
No on site returning.
Keep on trying as many Method and channel possible (Hoka FB, insta, email, usa, uk, eu).
Not impossible. Difficult.

Horrendous shoes
Bought them for a half marathon and started to train in them to break them in.
None stop problems from then on
Blisters everywhere
Bleeding feet
Pain beyond belief all due to the shoe. Never had an issue before with any other shoes

I am a senior. I have been buying Hoka shoes for years. I recently purchased 2 pairs ( over 200$each). I called to see if I could get an exchange for one of the pairs which required me sending mine back and them mailing me a new pair. Because of a death in the family I needed a bit of an extension. They REFUSED! TERRIBLE inhumane policy not to at least make an exception for a very loyal customer with extenuating painful circumstance. I will not be buying from them anymore.

I bought shoes online and kept them in a box until this week because I bought them for a specific vacation. The shoes are not a size 9 like label says, my toe is touching the end. I know its not sized correctly because I have the EXACT same pair I bought last year. I contacted customer support & because I am out of the 60 day window (thought I just started wearing them) and it doesn't "show:" a defect, which how can they is a freaken SIZE issue, they wont help me. Shame on them! Their Customer Support is a joke & they just lost a loyal customer!

I bought the Hoka Bondi 9. I did not wear them frequently, maybe five times, over the course of a year. After only wearing them five times, I noticed that the sole is separating from the bottom. Virtually no wear and tear, they should be like new, but they're already coming apart. They otherwise look brand new. Hoka customer service will not replace them because it's been a year and I no longer have the receipt.
EDIT: The customer service rep who contacted me responsive to this review is from Europe. They cannot help me. Needs to be U.S. customer service, and that's who already said they were unwilling to help me. I wish I could attach photos to show sneakers that look brand new but have the soles completely separating from the show. The Hoka sneakers look good and are comfortable, but they fall apart and Hoka does not replace.
