From start to finish (valuation; viewing- including virtual, aided by latest technology; ensuring and helping with meeting the legal requirements; helping the landlord finalise the clearance and the tenants moving in), the outstanding and genuinely personalised services that have been delivered in a very timely and professional manner, helped a prompt and smooth progress and make Femi not only an active and diligent agent, but also a very knowledgeable, kind and reliable support, a community role model, ready to lend a hand when needed. He was always available, kept all parties in the loop through clear and prompt communication.

I recommend Homeforte as THE property management company to use. I found Femi a very polite, respectful and knowledgeable property manager. He has now let two of my properties and is very thorough in his approach. Femi always had my best interests and requirements at the forefront when communicating and showing my properties to potential tenants. I was always kept updated via email and phone calls and was very impressed with the innovative marketing tools he used to advertise my property.
