When i read some bad reviews here i thought they would be one offs and decided to give them a chance. Big mistake! The level of service is atrocious at best. I ordered their Odoo M managed server, we started off with them provisioning the wrong version, now while the technician Vikas did his best to reinstall the server and try activate the software with the key provided somehow things ended up broken than before. The resorted to asking me to hire a coder to rectify things. the server itsellf would randomly spit out 503 errors and i would have to restart, avery frustrating experience. A Rachit P. constantly insisted me verify my credit card info albeit me using a virtual card. While i did provide all other required information i could not provide a photo of the card as it was a virtual card. Severally i raised the matter in the ticket but for some reason they kept insisting to provide a photo of a VIRTUAL card! How ridiculous! They ened up suspending my service and giving me a run around when i asked what their refund policy. I am not a very technical person but i purchased a VPS elsewhere and was better at setting up Odoo than these guys did. To be fair the technician did his best but all in all i would steer far from this host. All in all i never enjoyed the service i payed for.
EDIT: Receiving an email about my experience 2 years later so they can "recognise my experience and respond" is ridiculous to say the least. 2YEARS!!And apparently if I don’t reply to them they will not recognise this review as genuine... Ha! What a laugh.. No thanks. Review stands!

I have a bad experience with the supplier. If you want to avoid a bad time, it is better that you do not contract any service with this company. They are going to charge you for everything. cpanel does not have backup modules. If you want to have your copies you will pay 2 dollars per account so that you can remove your website, 15 dollars for restoration and 2 dollars for a premium if you pay one day after the due date. and your website is deleted in 15 days. The restorations are incomplete. I can say that I wasted time and money with this supplier.
