It takes some days to ship the items. & i order a marc jacob backpack after one week of waiting to deliver my order. They tell its not available. Not so good experience. Very poor service

We see from our platform that your order was placed on Friday Dec. 6th in the afternoon and was processed on Monday Dec. 9th (as at weekends our offices are closed).
As the backpack had gone out of stock, we investigated whether we had any chance of re-stocking it and as soon as we were informed that it was not possible, our Customer Care Team wrote to you informing about this and asking if you still wanted the second item in your order.
Once received your reply, our warehouse shipped the item (on Dec. 11th) and a first delivery attempt was made on Dec. 12th. The order was then delivered at an access point and picked up on Dec. 13th.
We thank you for sharing your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

They sent me the wrong product. Too close to Christmas to exchange so I have to keep it and give it as a gift. They def need to clarify and improve product description. Too easy to get like products from the same brand confused .

To be honest I was a bit weary about using iKRIX ! I misread what was in my inbox so doubled my order, sent an e-mail and the refunded me straight away. Parcel arrived quickly, my son is going to be over the moon with his christmas present. Black Friday sale so great price. Over all experience I had was very good, will be using them again.
