I ordered 2 cartridges and was sent the wrong size. As I didn't realise this,
one was opened but not put into machine and for this reason I was only
refunded for one. Totally unfair,

I'm very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your purchasing experience with us. I can see you got in touch with Customer Services after placing an order for the PGI-35/CLI-36 cartridges in error for your Canon iP90 printer.
Unfortunately, we don't stock the BCI-15/BCI-16 cartridges that you require for your printer and I can see the order was unfortunately placed from the iP110 printer products page, hence the wrong cartridges arriving.
We do try to provide completely accurate product information, throughout the shopping process right from the initial product search to your order confirmation email, in order to minimise any errors and provide several opportunities to check what is being ordered against what you need, but we do understand that external searches from Google or Bing can often provide incorrect results to search queries, which is likely to be where the problem began in this instance.
As with most standard returns policies, products ordered and opened in error cannot be refunded as they are not re-saleable. However, due to the circumstances regarding the likelihood of an external search causing the problem, I've refunded the opened part of your order on this occasion as a gesture of good will.

Brilliant deal on Inks
Ordered Ink for my sister's printer, shopped around to get the best deal and I can't complain Inkredible had the best deal out of all stores. Especially going university and being made redundant, it was important for me to get it for a decent price. They kept me informed and I got the ink within a week. Highly recommended!
