Bought I phone X grade A £430 and it looks brand new couldn’t tell the difference, great service they always reply quickly and are friendly would definitely purchase from this site again. Ordered 5am Thursday came out 9 am Friday so it didn’t even take 24 hours to deliver which is amazing.

After having the worst day possible and my phone screen stopping working, went in to the I-Outlet and spoke to Ollie who sorted me out with a phone screen within the hour. His customer service was second to none and turned a hideous day around!!
I placed order on last friday and I was told that i will get product within 72 hours and i phoned them and I was in queue to speak to customer service adviser and I waited over 10 minutes then they said no one is available to speak to you. My Product still not arrive. it is one week now.. very bad service. i will not recommend to anyone

We had a problem with the first phone we received just before Christmas. The service we received was fantastic and we managed to get the phone exchanged in time for Christmas. Excellent personal service. I would definitely recommend and use again!
Really bad experience with the seller. I sent back my MB pro with warranty. They didn't communicate about the service at all, just sent me back the laptop saying "the error is my fault". They didn't even offer that they would fix it for money, they just sent me back the machine. They offer machines with less official apple warranty, so they "cover" the rest of the warranty, but if you have any problem after the official warranty when they "cover" it, they do nothing... I took the machine to an official service, and they said that they would fix it for free if the warranty was covered...
Lesson learned, better to buy everything in the official apple store!
