Poor quality

Ordered iPhone 7, grade B . Arrived scratches across full surface of screen, large dent on the back, marks from being dropped on 2 corners, numerous other scratches . Definitely not acceptable quality.

I ordered an iPad 4 for my grandaughter for Christmas it arrived within a week of my order there isn’t a mark on it and it looks brand new I would recommend ioutlet to other customers looking for a phone or iPad 100% customer satisfaction

Great price for phone and good communication, and quick delivery.

Developed a fault after 3 months, emailed to advise, was asked to return the phone which I did.
3 days later had received a replacement phone, and received regular updates throughout.
Faults can’t be helped and this service was fantastic. Very happy indeed!

Service second to none

Ordered an apple iPhone 7 plus on Thursday and delivered on Saturday excellent job would certainly recommend these guys.

Iphone 8+ sporadic failures.

Iphone 8+ was crashing in to a reboot cycle indiscriminately and often failing. These guys were so helpful and efficient and quickly replaced the handset. They are understanding, helpful and courteous as well as being knowledgeable and efficient.

The 2 refurbished iPads I bought looked good and worked fine.
The packaging in which these were sent was not very good (one layer of bubblewrap in a flimsy box) and the iPads could have easily arrived damaged.

Bought I phone X grade A £430 and it looks brand new couldn’t tell the difference, great service they always reply quickly and are friendly would definitely purchase from this site again. Ordered 5am Thursday came out 9 am Friday so it didn’t even take 24 hours to deliver which is amazing.

After having the worst day possible and…

After having the worst day possible and my phone screen stopping working, went in to the I-Outlet and spoke to Ollie who sorted me out with a phone screen within the hour. His customer service was second to none and turned a hideous day around!!
