The good I ordered was not available even though the website said so. Therefore no 5 stars. But the alternative solution offered was well handled and fast, so 4 stars.

fast but damaged
I ordered a Falco longbow and it was sent out very fast. I was kept well informed about progress, tracking info etc. so far all perfect.
But unfortunately the bow arrived with distinct scuffmarks on 2 parts of the riser and the string was not well made and unusable. I sent them an email of course but after several days am still waiting for their reply...
So I guess you can be lucky but maybe you shouldn't expect any customer service after sales.
