Love it. I have had mine a few months now and I love it. It came in the post very quickly, was easy to set up and easy to use. I run a Bed & Breakfast so I use it with contactless and card in machine when the guest is present and i can send a payment link when they pay a deposit. It is secure for them and easy for me. Brilliant

I was totally pleased with my iZettle, until my last sale. Unfortunately there is a serious flaw in the software which allows the iZettle to start updating during a transaction, which resulted in it telling me the transaction was complete, but in fact I later found out it had not gone through, and there was no evidence on the machine to back the sale up resulting in a significant loss to myself. Whilst the help team initially looked into the matter, follow-up correspondence from me was totally ignored. I had been extolling the machine's virtues until this point,but I am now a little wary.
Does what it’s suppose to - it’s very quick and simple to use. Money gets transferred on time. However, the only drawback is the battery life - it lasts for about 4 hours before it starts malfunctioning because of the low battery.

I have been using my iZettle for a few months now, having been recommended by a friend. I find it easy to use, reliable and the money is deposited in my bank within a few days of the transition being made. I would definitely recommend using this.
IZettle makes processing payments easy. The card reader syncs to mobile in seconds and the battery life is excellent. Despite reading some negative feedback I would recommend izettle to anyone, especially when on the move all the time.
The only reason I cannot go to 5 stars is the relatively slow processing time. I don't like taking a payment on a Wednesday and not getting my money until the following Monday.
Very good and also great customer service
Works efficiently and consistently. Patients love to receive receipts via email or phone. Fee taken at source which makes life easy. Reliable emails to say money has been deposited. My only gripe would be that it takes days to actually clear to my account. My previous system allowed money taken on the Tuesday to be in my account on Wednesday. IZettle means money taken on Tuesday doesn’t actually become available until the Friday. However there are none of the complications or tie ins so on balance I can accept it!!
Battery has excellent life and reliably connects to my phone. Daily/monthly reports are very handy. No massive start up costs to get working. What’s not to like?

iZettle 2 was a brilliant investment. We now never have to turn customers away because we can't take cards. It was recommended to us by our daughter and we love it.

This machine is the best terminal I've had. The response time is virtually instant, and the contactless is also good.
If I have a tiny whinge, it can disconnect from the phone on occasion.
I am a Newbie to IZettle. I have been doing car boots and Fairs for a little while. Most people don't carry a lot of cash with them and getting the IZettle 2 has allowed me to sell more expensive items. GREAT.
I purchased my I zettle on return to the UK to accept card payments for my business.
It was easy to set up and to use, the fact it is paperless is an added bonus, no havong to remember to bring spare paper rolls.
The only issue is coverage of signal, by that is a phone provider issue given I live in the middle of nowhere according to O2
I would recommed it to other business owners, it is easy and quick to use.
