J.D. Byrider - Emmaus, PA Reviews

Pedro was an amazing sales advisor. Nice working with him he not only got me out of my older model vehicle he put me in a updated car that I love. Nice going👍👍👍 Thank you Pedro

the two gentlemen we worked with were beyond excellent and one was mike kroeger and the other mike was mike venier and they went above and beyond to get us into as car. It took some time but after all said and done they got us a vehicle....

Mike KROGER- The greatest on the phone
Mike Venier - The greatest greeter and he will make sure your comfortable and that you can trust in him
Nyomi Nunez- ON THE JOB AND READY AND VERY EMPATHETIC
Anthony Mucciolo- Didn't stop at anything to make sure I was going to drive out of this place

I COULDN'T HAVE FELT BETTER!!! I HAD BEEN THRU SO MUCH AND THEY HELPED ME!!! LOVE THESE GUYS!!!

I don't know about the other reviews but I can bet you I'm not some bot saying great things about this jd byrider. First of all the jd byrider in Easton pa I dealt with for 3 years. I wasn't happy there. They didnt wanna work with me. They wanted 2k down and they wanted stubs from my new job. I didnt start yet all I had was a offer letter but they didn't wanna help me after 3 years of on time payments and two cars loans later. But here in Emmaus I took a peek and let me tell you they are the real deal. They got my in a nicer newer car with the same payment amount. They gave me 3,500 trade in credit for the car I had that was worth 1k on kbb. The staff is super professional and took care of me. Even the General Manager spoke to me to welcome me and gave me the green light to drive in a very nice car that I ended up taking home. Jd byrider in Emmaus PA is the way to go. Come see for yourself!

I AM VERY SATISFIED

They got me approved with a car with afforable payments after being turned down by others in past. Even tho I had have some problems with the car they always work with me to get my car fixed and back on the road fast. The ladies in CNAC are always nice and understanding and help me out. I love my Mini Cooper.

Anthony was outstanding! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend JD Byrider to a family member or friend.

Just bought my very first car . Super easy, they definitely work with you not against you ! In love with my new car . Would recommend to everyone .

Mike was a GREAT sales associate! Even when we got weary, he persisted and assured us that we were in good hands and came to the right place!!! And I did!! Naiomi was awesome as well! I feel very secure and satisfied with my purchase! I'll be referring and returning!!

Great experience! From my credit scores going up 100 points because of on time payments, to there service department getting me in without an appointment and getting me out on the same day! Not to mention the kindness of my sales associate!
