Unreliable provider

They hold the goods and money for I ordered for almost 3 weeks and cancelled it with no reasons provided. Their online chat service provide different information to when you call them. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER.

Start to finish the customer service was top notch!

Start to finish the customer service was top notch (for this reason I have returned 3 times over the course of 8 years.
My order was going to be delayed by 4-6 weeks as it was 'bespoke' they contacted me, asked me to call and it turned out it was simply the colour - if I chose any other colour it would be with me the next day! Initiative I am very grateful for - thanks team. It is clear that the team actually talks to each other and that comes through in joined up thinking and strengthens their customer service significantly.

Knowledgeable sales agent

I called Jigsaw sales for help in choosing an external drive I want to use as a Time Machine backup. There’s so much info/ online reviews I felt it would be easier to talk to someone. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and checked everything for me before I went ahead with the purchase.

Good Service

Good Service. Although we received an email after ordering the computer, which informed us that this would be delivered in 3-4 weeks, it actually came within a few days. The technician who came to install our new machine had recommended Jigsaw24. He had in the past done some work on our old Mac and we were happy to go with his suggestion.
