Cost-effective solution in combination with kopia.io
Cost-effective solution used as target for deduplicated AES-256 encryped backup for 3 years known. High bandwidth up to 5 GB data, currently 18GB with limited upload spead of about 100Kbips which is sufficient for the incremental updates (upload pictures/videos after vacation takes typically 3-4 days in background which is perfectly fine)

Files history + Sharing across devices
1) History of files version (5 last versions keeping)!
2) I use the sharing Jotta folder as my main "working" one. This allows to synchronize work environment across devices. Everyday use feature.

Almost perfect
I use your backup service and file sharing in practice daily. Upload is fabulously fast and beats my previous backup services hands down. it's very easy to access the backups amd shared files anywhere. Your customer service has improved a lot over the years and is today really fast and helpful - and also useful!
The only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is that there are some small gaps in you web service functionality, and the desktop app could be a tad more intuitive.

Great cloud backup service
I’ve be using JottaCloud for more than 10 years now and everything about it is so easy - renewing each year, the price, the space for the price, and the quality of the apps and backups. I’ve had to use my backups twice in those years and that was also super easy. Great cloud backup, especially if you have a lot of photos!
