I like the possibility to both store my photos in C1, to set Keywords so that I can find back to old photos quite fast and the non destructive editing.
Beeing a Android user when it comes to phone and Tablets, I really hope that it will be possible to use my tables with C1 some time in the future.

Lack of feedback user interface
Made some comments about the user interface which shows no detail whatsoeverrr but did not get any feedback. Uptime is very good and used Jottacloud for more than 5 years without hardly any problems (as opposed to OneDrive).

great experience
I used, in the past, other service and got issues to recover files.
With jottacloud, experience is smooth, no issue.
One important point : it's hosted in Norwegian.

I am using jottacloud for 13 years
I am using jottacloud for 13 years, and i see great progress... Of course, still is what to improve (like choosing in phone, which folders with pictures/files skip from backup (like Whatsapp or private folder).

I think that smartphone app and Windows…
I think that smartphone app and Windows app needs improvement with new features, like advanced search, sort by date/size/type/etc, better copy/past files, and so on. Other good idea is develop a Linux app.

Terrible company
Terrible company. The user-interface is really bad, so after realizing that I closed my account - i.e. within half an hour after I paid for the subscription - and asked to get my money back. I have written to them several times and they neither reply nor give me back my money. Also, they deleted all my data. Stay away from Jottacloud.
A message for Jottacloud:
I would like to get my data and my money back. Can you please help me with that?
Why don't you answer my mails? I've been writing to Snorre, which the support text told me to do.

Just to clarify regarding deletion: when a subscription is cancelled by the user and the account is closed, any data stored with us is scheduled for deletion. We try to ensure users are fully informed by displaying a warning message before an account is permanently closed.
