This is the second visit for my second dashcam supply and hard wired in. I would not go anywhere else as he's the best. I took his advice on what's needed and he got my nod and completed the job so neatly. Thank you once again.

Very expensive, charged £80 for 1 hour labour but did partially resolve problem.
Really horrible support. Instead of just fixing their website that has had huge server issues for several days, the issue according to them is me. I don't deal with amateurs so I contacted Parrot directly and had them send me the firmware file I need.
One may also ask oneself if it is such a huge deal to provide support for your services, perhaps just provide download links on your website instead of asking customers to go through an order flow that clearly does not work.
Twice I was met with an "Limit has been met" error, and no file was ever downloaded. The customer representative sent me a copy of their logfile that stated I downloaded the file twice. But the IP addresses in their log file is not my IP address. If you look up the two IP addresses in the log file, you will discover they belong to Microsoft Corporation — clearly a spam filter that performs an antivirus scan before forwarding the file to me.
Again, you confirm my assumptions that somehow website issues are the customer's problem, cf. the title of this review.

What do you say to a customer that downloaded the update file twice. We enabled another download and this was "lost " as well.
As the Parrot updates are a free service with no cost, there is a limited amount of time we can spend resolving issues where the customer has clearly downloaded the update file (twice).
Leaving a terrible review which is clearly done in anger provides no benefit to other users.

I can only highly recommend Phil. Competent, "can do" attitude, technically amazing, and extremely good value. He did some amazing work on my car (head unit replacement with Android one and all the necessary integrations) with very high standards. And Phil is very nice to deal with. 5 STARS.
Had a problem with a Peugeot based camper, flashing milometer as a result of stereo change. Spent hours at local auto electricians and dealers to no avail. came across Justcarkits having researched the issue and finding an article posted online by Phil Henderson the owner of the business highlighting the issue. Gave him a call and realised straight away I was talking to an expert who new his trade inside out and a honest trust worthy guy.
I am in the motorhome trade and realised at once that if i wanted the issue fixing it was worth the risk of driving the motorhome 150 miles to Slough. One of the best decisions i have made, my assumptions were correct about Phil's competence and I met a genuinely good guy eager and able to fix the issue and not put a premium on the charge for his undoubted expertise.
Ordered a Saab 18tel cable for my parrot MKI9200. Though the one I received had a broken cable, emailed the support about it and got a new cable for free within a week!
