The lid leaks badly. It looks like the seal isn’t tight enough, so liquid hits the top and makes the lid wet even when it’s upright. I can’t even tip the cup without worrying about spills. For a product with a glass bottom, I expected better quality. Very disappointed.

Keep cup was my first reusable cup and has lasted me over a decade. High quality, no leaks like other brands, easy to clean.
My new cup is awesome, just what I needed. I've been using the older keep cup version for so long, I don't know how long I've used it for. But it finally got to the point where the lid was a little bit leaky. Super happy with my new insulated one, especially since it is my favourite colour.
Great travel mugs! Feel like a real mug but have all the protection of a travel mug!
I was looking for a sustainable water bottle and saw/heard David Tennant and his wife, Georgia (amusingly) mention Keep Cup during a recent podcast. Say no more!
Keep cup is the ONLY travel mug I have and would use.
The ergonomics are perfect.
Been using the KeepCups for 5-6 years now. Just upgraded to the screw top. Excellent... don't have to boil the plastic lids anymore to get them to seal.
The best multi function cup ever. Water for the walk. Switch lids and coffee at the Cafe.
The best invention ever. Used it every day since I got it.
Super fast delivery and i love the cup!
This is my third keep cup, but because I keep losing them... which I realize is really besides the point!
The product was great. The customer service however, was not. I reached out the customer service department to process a return because that's the only way you can do it and I never got response.

So I got a KeepCup Traveller Light for my birthday and loved it. The material is amazing and feels really nice as well as the hole to sip out of not being to big so you don't get too much hot drink at once. I decided to buy a large plastic Coldcup for iced coffee and it arrived today. Not disappointed. The quality doesn't feel cheap and carelessly put together, and it's BPA free which is a huge bonus. No strong plastic taste either. Very much recommend.

excellent swift, reliable service, well-made product that can actually be recycled if it breaks, too.
I adore my cup! Perfect for iced coffees and it doesn’t leave condensation rings everywhere! Also works well for hot coffees and comes with a different lid for those.

I really thought this cup was spill proof instead of splash proof. Nor did I think I would have to be removing the straw so that it would be “spill proof” every time. I’m sorry but a real spill proof cup doesn’t spill with or without a straw, with or without ice. Also I didn’t know that I had to measure how much ice I would use because too much ice applies weight to the lid causing the lid to fall off. This just was nothing like I expected. Then I reached out to customer service and sent them a video. Well they said I had too much ice and the description clearly says push lid not screw lid. It’s just a sloppy cup not worth the price at all.

Great website with good descriptions. Easy to find what I needed
It's inconvenient that the cup is much larger on the outside than it is on the inside, and that seems unnecessary given that other insulated cups are more consistent in size and shape between the inside and outside. Worst of the inconvenience though is that it has a removable gasket and has to be hand washed, so after a week of hand washing it, now the lid doesn't screw on flush anymore, no matter how tightly or loosely I seat the gasket in the lid, this LEAKs through the gap between cup and lid. Absolutely useless after a week!
