Don't be fooled! - trap niet in de mooie praatjes!

First it seemed okay.. but after we started to install the kitchen the trouble began.

The first troubles with the cabinet's were fixed within a couple of weeks so we had straight ones again, although straighter cabinet's.

Then we found out they forgot to calculate space between the stove and the cabinet's. Therefore the ovens could not open correctly following the installation plan. If we would create the right space we needed bigger worktops on either sides. The worktops were the first two times already the wrong size not according plans.

The stove had some complications so we traded it and got one who was even worse and did not have a plug so we aren't able to use the cooking part that seems okay for use unlike the ovens.

They came with a plan to make the stove fitting correctly between the two cabinets but after 1.5 months they just simply say 'we do not know' service would pick it up but it still is with the store salesman and he is unreachable and another salesman is giving us two old solutions 1) buy another, but all we like have doors to the side, 2) pull the stove a couple of centimetres forward and you get a piece of worktop behind it. The second option does look awful!

The simple solution:
A good working stove and worktops 0.7 cm bigger then the correct size. They had to order other worktops anyway is just to easy for them..

You come with even cheaper and better solutions and they just say it is not possible, I had even made a film to proof that the extra room was the solutions and the more expensive similar English or Italian stoves have it in there drawings that you should leave a space of at least 0.5 cm.

The store employees and designers have proven not to be capable of good logical thinking, kindness, reading emails nor having a normal conversation. Service is trying to fix it because the liabilitie lays with the store but after more then four months emailing, calling, etc about everything I have had it.

Just stay away from this store in Utrecht!

Na 4 maanden bellen mailen nog steeds geen keuken die normaal functioneert. Hun eigen tekeningen kloppen niet en het is onmogelijk zelf met een simpele passende oplossing te komen omdat ze te egoïstisch zijn en dus liever meer geld uitgeven voor andere uitvoeringen die het hele aanzicht van je keuken verpesten.

Ze lezen hun mail niet goed, heb je een goed plan gekregen begint na 4 weken het hele gesteggel opnieuw omdat een ander zich ermee gaat bemoeien en oude mails erbij heeft gepakt. Het lukt zelfs hun eigen service afdeling niet van het moederbedrijf of de mensen in Utrecht hun eigen afspraken na te laten komen.
Bijna niets was recht geleverd en voor het stellen van de lades hadden ze niet de juiste beschrijving waardoor er eigen monteurs langs moesten komen.
Een nieuwe rechtere koelkast ombouw gekregen maar waren de deurtjes vergeten. 2x verkeerde maat werkbladen kook deel. 2x niet correct gefabriceerd fornuis, 2e keer zelfs geen stekker. Dus nu kamperen we al bijna 2 weken in de woonkamer en elke twee dagen bel ik maar met een normale oplossing komen homaar.. zelfs de bestelling van het fornuis doen ze gewoon niet terwijl de vorige binnen een week was omgeruild. Of even een stekker sturen? Ook een idee maar dat was mijn idee dus dan doen ze dat dus niet.

Heb het na 4 maanden gekloot met ze gehad. Ze hebben nog 2 weken en anders mogen ze de hele keuken komen ophalen en gewoon al ons geld terug geven.

Unprofessional, bad service, I will never recommend this shop

I am totally unhappy with a work of Sales department of kitchen appliances. The service of this shop is unacceptable. I have ordered kitchen appliances 02.10.2020 which is 1 month in advance with scheduled delivery time on week 47 just before my kitchen should be installed. They called me on 11.11.2020 3 days before the week 47 saying that induction is not available. They could not offer any substitute for a good price as all other items are not available as well. Then I canceled this item. After that I wanted to plan a delivery date on week 47 for the rest of the order while they said it is impossible as they expect the extractor on 19.11.2020 and only after that I get confirmation email and can call myself to schedule a delivery. So the shop cannot confirm a delivwry date which I have ordered from the beginning. My kitchen should be installed on 24.11.2020 and I find this service unacceptable. Morover a manager Jamie was very unprofessional and rude. I will never recommend anyone this shop.

Unfortunately we cannot speed up the delivery, for we are dependant on the manufacturer in this case. Because of Covid some of the products are more difficult to provide on short term. NO guaranty @keukenloods

Bought a full kitchen 1,5 year ago. Out of nowhere, when we come back from a holiday the induction hob has a burst in it. Contacted Keukenloods but they ask you if you have insurance (and mention a few sorts of insurance that should cover it- we don't have insurance but I think it's a non-argument to pass responsibility to insurance when our order form literally states ' 2 years FULL guaranty'). Then they blame it on Baumatic and close the case. Very unprofessional: I bought the kitchen (with 2 years guaranty) with YOU; not from Baumatic.
Disappointing that the induction hob has a burst through normal use and that Keukenloods just passes on the responsibility: I would have expected better than this.

I'm so sorry this happened. In these kind of situations, my colleagues will indeed ask if you can contact your own insurance company first. In that way the case will be dealt with faster.
If you are not able to contact them we will of course help you to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer, Baumatic in this case, will handle it from there. They have the expertise to decide what is necessary to solve this problem. The guarantee is granted by Baumatic after all.

Never again

Once you’ve paid you are not a customer anymore. They sell faulty goods and don’t take any responsability or help the customer deal with the process of getting a replacement. (3 weeks with a non working fridge!)
In short: Avoid like the plague.
ETA: “Emma” is a joke. All she does is send copy-pasted replies and not solving anything! In the meantime we are over a month without a working fridge in the house and neither Keukenloods or Samsung take responsability!

Sharp prices and proper after sales

Sharp prices and flexible delivery options. Unfortunately I also had to use their after sales due to a malfunction in the dishwasher. This got fixed outside of the 2 year warranty and they refunded a part of this fix ( based on the life expectancy of the product they calculate the ratio)

Unserious Sales Rep But Good Delivery and Installation

I called to get a new telephone quote for the same appliance after I had gotten an email quote from Keukenloods 3 weeks earlier. I was very surprised that the new quote was 300 euros (60%) more than the previous one. I asked the sales representative why there was such a big difference and I got the sarcastic reply that the other offer was 3 weeks old. Even when I explained that other companies had given better quotes, the sales rep continued making more excuses. His attitude only changed when I explained that I also wanted to order 2 more appliances and then he ended up price matching the old quote. Because of the poor service, I was close to shopping somewhere else but placed the order because other friends had a good experience with the installation.
The appliances were delivered on schedule, the fitters did a great job removing the old appliances and placing the new ones. They were quick, kept it tidy and were friendly throughout.
The rating is brought up thanks to the fitters, but the sales rep, with the ridiculous quote and arrogant attitude, cost points.
