Worst customer service I've ever had and didn't show up after waiting all day
This is in particular to the Key Me Locksmith in Sparks. Don't waste your time. They made me wait all day long and the technician never showed up. I made it very clear that I needed a safe opened. They asked me 5 different times in 5 different phone calls if it would be okay to damage the safe to open it and I said, YES. I would get, "okay the technician will be there soon."
Finally, I get a call at 5PM telling me they can't do the job. What? I'm told 5 times they can do the job and at 5 PM they can't and to call someone else. Absolute waste of my day. Why didn't one of them tell me the first five times I called? Terrible customer service.

I was in desperate need of a key fob to start my car, accidentally leaving it at a friend's 50 miles away. Nick showed up very professional and understanding. Offered me a better option for 2 key fobs versus 1. I would definitely recommend him and this company to all my Family and friends.

I called for service two hours ago and I’m still waiting. Every time I get an update, it says it’ll take even longer. This is ridiculous. 0/10 I can’t believe I’ve already paid for this l. I can’t cancel without paying still. I’m stuck. Oh well I guess. Lesson learned. I won’t be using this company again.

Great service all around
When I called I was connected right away with a service rep who was very professional and knowledgeable. Dispatched someone to open my locked car very quickly. The locksmith was quick and knowledgeable about what she was doing and I was on my way within 45 minutes. The cost was much less than I expected.
