After reading some worrying reviews

After reading some worrying reviews, I was anxious when I realised the wrong address was on my order. However I worried needlessly as 1 phone call out of hours, to a store that my call was directed to, and the problem was resolved. Professional, quick and polite. Perfect !! Thanku kiddicare for a problem free delivery...ahead of the scheduled delivery date:-) would defo recommend this company. I might add, I never bother to leave reviews, but feel this was worthy of an outstanding one

Showroom great after sales awful

To start off on a positive the showroom was lovely and the staff there were very friendly so we decided to order a great 11 peice bundle from there looked like great value too. Then it started to go down hill I didn't get an email for nearly a month saying it would be delivered on the 5th December so I took the day off work and it never arrived. I rang the customer services to see what happened and they did not care said there's been a delay and would be delivered in the 9th again I took the day off work and again it didn't arrive I rang back to be greated by yet another poor customer service person sorry there's nothing we can do its delayed again. Then I was told 22nd same again finally on the evening of the 22nd i was told it would be 23rd I didn't risk taking another day off to wait in so I left it but I did receive an email this time saying it was dispatched so I rang to get tracking info so I could get someone to be home and was greated by the rudest woman ever who couldn't get tracking up as the system was down and offered no other help other than you can call Tuffnels yourself if you really want. So I did and it turned out it had been delivered and they left it in the back garden with no one home and in the wet. My advice don't buy anything big from here when places like smyths do similar bundles. Really let down by awful customer service advisors.

Good prices and delivery estimate was…

Good prices and delivery estimate was accurate. However it would have been better if a time slot was given for bulk item delivery. I had an email advising me of next day delivery but it was unclear which items were going to be delivered. The complete 3 piece set of nursery furniture turned up the following morning. It was more luck than judgement that my partner was home to bring the items inside. Had it been later in the day it would have been left outside in the rain and been ruined.

Fab Customer Service

We did not receive any confirmation of our items being dispatched, however half our item arrived quicker than expected.
We contacted the customer service team regarding the reat of our order. They were very helpful and responded the same day!
We received the rest of our order 2 days later.

All was received earlier than originally anticipated and the customer service was fab! :)

Great addition for us

Great addition for us, it does the job well, I use it for an 16 months old and it's great, it is a bit tricky if you go shopping in smaller shops(local tescoand sainsbury's). Also it doesn't go through any doors unless you fold it. I have a double buggy and couldn't use a buggy board so this is the next best thing

Horrendous service

Defected/damaged item which I contacted customer services about and was told the only option I had was to return the item which I would have to pay a £25 carrier service to return before they could refund me. Horrendously poor service very poor quality item definitely wouldn't recommend this website or the item... also the reason I didn't return the item for the refund is I paid £50 for it and refused to pay there carrier another £25 to return it. specially a carrier that I checked and was £6 to send a parcel. disgusting
