Worked very fine for me

Worked very fine for me. A very big xtra star is handed over, the reason why : the switchboard asked on own initiative if I would speak with an English speaking colaborater. Made it all so much easier and pleasant.
If anything else to be bought this way, I look forward to return as a customer.

Asking me to review their service before I have received the goods does not make sense. No confirmed delivery date just an instruction to call the delivery company 48 hours after I placed my order.

A bunch of liars.

Don't order from lacasadelelectrodomestico they lied to me from the beginning and they are really not professional.

I choose a fridge on their website the 13th of October and it's mentioned on the product page "delivery in 5-11 days". It's a classic e-commerce so when you place an order you have to fill your address etc..
First shameful strategy: they call me some days after my order: "We don't have your address, can you give it to them because we stopped the delivery because of that" After double check, my address was already filled on their website, it was just a lie to justify their late... Then they told me that I'll get my delivery on the 31st of October, the 31st nobody came and they explain it's my fault because I don't reply but it's a LIE again I answer in no time at their emails and I have all screenshots... So then they explained I'll get my fridge the 3rd of November (16 working days after my order) and today they told us we'll get our fridge on the 8th of November...

Obviously, everything is total bullsh*t and they have no clue about when I can get my order. I live in a new flat without a fridge for 16 days now and I have to order food every day...

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM ! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, THEY LIED TO ME, AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Estimad@ cliente, le pedimos de nuevo disculpas por el retraso ocasionado con su pedido, lamentablemente trabajamos con plazos habituales que en ocasiones se ven alterados por la disponibilidad del fabricante. Por un error informático no registramos la dirección de entrega de su pedido correctamente y por ello hubo problemas para la entrega y fue necesario su confirmación. Sentimos las molestias que le ha ocasionado el retraso registrado en el pedido pero le aseguro que por supuesto nos preocupamos de la satisfacción de nuestros cliente y que en ningún momento pretendimos mentirle ni darle plazos irreales, sino solamente la información que nos aporta el fabricante.
