I completed the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt coaching programme, working through DMAIC concepts applied to a real process improvement case. The training was aiming to deliver knowledge rather than only passing an exam — well-paced and practical. The accompanying materials (notes, references, eBooks), though some are a bit dated, remain valid and relevant today, and are a useful resource for continued learning. Recommended for professionals looking to expand their learning.
